Check-in is at 15.00 (3pm). Please let us know as soon as possible at what time you're arriving to the apartment and make sure to call us at +34 667700456 at least one (1) hour before arriving. We will meet you in front of the building, do a walkthrough the apartment with you and answer any questions you might have.
Checkout is at 11.00. Please close all windows and doors, leave the 2 sets of keys on the table and close the door behind you after you leave. Late checkouts (after 11.00) are subject to availability and there's a fee of 15€ per hour after 11.00. If you would like to have a late checkout, you need to inform us and we will let you know if it's possible. If so, on the morning of your checkout day, we will tell you until what time you can stay in the apartment.
TOURIST TAX: Mandatory and imposed by the Catalan government of 4.40€ per night. This is to be charged at the time of check-in to each guest aged 17 and above for a maximum of 7 nights.
LATE CHECK-IN:
For check-ins from 20.00 to 23.00 (8pm to 11pm) : 40€
For check-ins from 23.00 to 01.00 (11pm to 1am) : 60€
For check-ins from 01.00 to 07.00 (1am to 7am) : 90€
EARLY CHECK-IN before 15.00 (3pm): Subject to availability and there is a 40€ early check-in fee. If you request an early check-in, the exact early check-in time will be communicated to you on your arrival day.
