Kynopiastes is a typical Corfiot village in the heart of the island and a must for anyone who wants to get to know traditional Corfu. Here you will find narrow streets, 17th-19th century town houses, shady squares, small shops and quaint tavernas.
The villa is located about 10 minutes’ walk from the centre of the village. The beaches on the west or east coast can be reached within 15 minutes by car. Corfu Town, the airport and the port are only 8-10 km away. Even if you want to explore the entire island, Kynopiastes offers the ideal starting point. The northern and southern tips of Corfu are equidistant from each other.

We must inform you that the Greek Parliament has approved the imposition of a climate fee on hotels and holiday accommodation from 2024. Between March and October a fee of €15 per day per holiday home is charged (10€in 2024). The climate tax is paid by the guest and filed and paid to the tax authorities by the property owner.
According to the government's announcements, this levy will generate revenue that will flow into a special fund for public projects.
