We stayed there for several days in August 2025 with our 3 daughters. The villa is as described. The view is absolutely magnificent, overlooking the Corfu Strait. The swimming pool is very pleasant, large, good temperature and always has this breathtaking view of the sea. We highly recommend it.

There were seven of us in the villa and we had a fantastic time! Everything looked exactly like the photos – stylish, clean, and well-equipped. Everything you could need was there. Communication with the office was smooth and very friendly. The pool was a particular highlight and was used daily. We can definitely recommend the villa!

Pleasan stay with a magnificent view

The location of the villa is very nice. You can easily reach different beaches in the area. The view from the terrace is spectacular. We had a very nice time for 4 adults, 4 teenagers and 2 kids. The split level was perfect for us. It was very clean and also the size of the pool was great.

Last week of June 2019

Amazing location and a view that is just beautiful. Lovely pool and a great local shop and coffee shop just a few minutes walk away. The decor of the villa is slightly dated and the showers need updating. The downstairs toilet is musty as is one of the bedrooms (downstairs) and there is a hole in the floor where there should be a drain cover showing stale standing water and the bath takes an age to drain after a shower. Also what is not made clear in the property details is that part of it is shared with a couple who are obviously living there, they were not obtrusive in any way but it should be made clear. The dials on the cooker have all faded to it is a bit of a lottery when trying to use it. All the minor points aside we would be more than happy to return, it would just be made even better if these issues were addressed.

Vila OK, Manager "EOS Travel" not recommended

It's important to understand the layout of this villa. We travelled with my 3 (adult) kids, and my daughter's partner. We had to split between the levels. So basically, our boys and us stayed at the main apartment at the top, and my daughter and her partner stayed in the downstairs smaller apartment. The pool can only be accessed when you go down the stairs (like 3 floors down). No direct access from the house. The property is rather clean. There's some mould in the bathrooms, there are tiny ants in the terrace and around the pool. We did find some in the kitchen too (not many because we kept it very clean all the time). The owner of the villa, Vilelmina, lives in a downstairs apartment, right next to the smaller rented apartment. She and her husband do not speak a single word of English. When we got to the villa it was totally empty. I am sure it is possible to leave salt, Nescafe, oil from previous occupants - but no. Nothing at all. There wasn't even a bar of soap to wash your hands after the trip. Apparently, even toilet paper is not supplied throughout your stay. Vilelmina gave us one roll when we ran out of the initial supply and then directed us to the minimarket to buy a package. The smallest contains 8 rolls. The water in the villa is undrinkable. When I asked Vilelmina if it is possible to cook pasta in this water she gave me a bottle of filtered water from a filtering tap she has in her kitchen. Couldn't help wondering why there isn't such a tap in the rental. We spent a lot of money on water... Another thing to note is that you can't leave the windows open because there are no insect nets. The owners have nets on their windows, but not in the rental. If you leave the windows open a wasp or two would probably fly in... This was especially problematic since the air-conditioning only exists in the bedrooms. Which means the kitchen and living room are crazy hot and you can't air the kitchen when cooking. The ceiling fans in the living room do very little to help. The location of the villa is very good, in a nice area. The Pignata coffee and Janis supermarket which are within walking distance from the villa make your experience even better. 10 min drive to Kassiopi, less to the nearest amazing and not over crowded beaches. Directions to the villa are supplied by the manager, including GPS coordinates. We used the GPS data, but both google maps and Waze directed us to the wrong turn at the end - note that you have to keep straight towards

BEAUTIFUL VILLA WITH STUNNING VIEWS

Highly recommend Villa Vilelmina. You will love the stunning views over Kerasia beach and beyond to the Albanian coast. The villa is split into two flats the one above with three bedrooms, the one below with two. There are patios on both levels overlooking the sea and the lovely infinity pool which is beautifully set up with sun beds and umbrellas. The villa is within very easy walking distance of Yannis supermarket which sells everything you need, he can also order in fresh meat etc when you require. He also delivers! There is a gorgeous cafe next to Yannis selling delicious pastries, icecream etc. The villa is a very steep walk down to Kerasia bay but an easy drive - 8 mins to either San Stefanos or Kerasia. San Stefanos has boat hire and lots of tavernas -- highly recommended. Also easy to get to Kassiopi. The villa itself has everything you would need, including a BBQ in the back. Beds are very comfy. Cannot recommend the villa highly enough - go you will not regret it!

We have really enjoyed our stay in the villa! The views were amazing and the layout of the villa allowed us to enjoy some time apart as well as spending time together in the shared areas. The layout of the villa is also good, we especially liked having 3 bathrooms between us. The walk to the pool is quite long (3 floors from the top floor of the villa), but that wasn't a big problem for us. Communication with the host was also great, which we really appreciate. Amazing pastry shop in the neighborhood is also a great bonus!

Urlaub mit wunderbarer Aussicht

Super Aussicht. Der Supermarkt in der Nähe ist etwas teuer, aber wenn man nicht vor hat große Gerichte zu kochen, geht der Preis noch. Zum Strand Schaft man es in 20 min, aber bei dem Pool ist das kein tägliches muss. Man hat jedoch nicht das ganze Haus. Unten Wohnen zwei Personen in einem kleinen Bereich. Das war uns nicht ersichtlich beim Buchen. Es gab aber auch kein Probleme mit Ihnen. Der Bus fährt eher selten, aber ermöglicht einem einen ganztägigen Ausflug.

The villa was beautiful and the views from the balcony and pool area leave you almost speechless. The host was so quick at responding and dealing with our queries which was great. You definitely need to hire a car if you are staying here which was the mistake we made however there are buses all over the island with a stop just down the road from the villa for about 2 per person. Download the app Moovit to find the exact bus route and timetable for where you want to go. Yannis supermarket is just a 2 minute walk away where you can buy all of your essentials, fresh fruit and veg, alcohol, snacks and bits for breakfast however the meat selection isnt great. Excellent customer service in there too. There is a restaurant about a 5/10 minute walk DOWNhill (25 minutes up - very steep) where you sit looking right out onto the sea, very affordable and great seafood, not overly great for vegetarians though but lovely staff. Great amenities in terms of kitchen - fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, hob, kettle, cutlery, plates, glasses... completely kitted out which was great since we cooked most nights. We would definitely stay here again however we would be keen to stay somewhere closer to a town but would definitely book with this host again - we cant fault our experience at all. Considering we went during a pandemic the host/villa was very covid friendly, very informative and we all felt very safe going there leading up to our stay and during our stay. I cant think of any downfalls to our trip other than being in a more rural area than we thought but its easily solved with a 2 bus trip!

Dreamy vacation

We had a fantastic time at this place, the pool was unbelievable we enjoyed it so much, the view was also priceless. Somehow the water had a very comfortable warm degree, so you could enjoy the pool even if the sun wasn’t shining anymore. We loved it all a lot, and felt like we were all alone in that place although there neighbors, we felt completely private.

fantastic location overlooking the straights to Albania.

The property is in a stunning location with a view to Albania that was mesmerizing. High up above the boats, ferries (fire helicopters and planes!) and away from any road noise. Recommended. If I were to criticise then its a shame the BBQ is in the car parking area and away from the natural area to congregate on the balcony with that view. The pool is great, but a walk down below the villa to get to and a notice says no eating or drinking. Find this hard to believe as a Brit like me could get a bit dehydrated in the 35 degs heat! Really the Villa is 2 with separate entrances, kitchens and bathrooms. One more if you add the people also living in the house (we knew this and it was not a problem). So if you are a big party you need to decide which "flat" you will use to get together and seating 10 at once is a squeeze. Maybe this is the price for being perched on a mountainside in a steep olive grove. Overall this group has rented many villas and Vilelmina comes out at or near the top.

Our family had such a lovely stay at this villa.

Our family had such a lovely stay at this villa. The views are spectacular, and the location is great, with easy access to some absolutely beautiful beaches on the north east peninsula, a great local shop and busier Kassiopi just up the road. The villa was clean and well presented, and was the perfect space for our family of four. We didn't actually use the separate apartment at all, as the upstairs space was all we needed, but you could fit a second family in the space below if you were holidaying with friends. The one thing that we weren't expecting, was to have anyone else sharing the building. The bottom of the building is split into two apartments, and someone lives in one of these, using the same access and their apartment overlooking the pool. The neighbour was quiet and caused no problems (and wasn't sharing the pool - this was private for us), but the original listing had given us the impression that we were booking the whole space. It was important to us to have our privacy and our own space, so this was really disappointing. Having said that, we didn't specifically ask about this in advance, so this is partly our fault for assuming. I just think that this could be made clearer on the listing. Everything else about our holiday was completely perfect. The communication from Eos Villas was really excellent throughout, and we had lots of information regarding check in and driving directions. The cleaners visited twice while we were there, and were friendly and did a great job. The villa is well equipped, with a good range of kitchen equipment, books to read, lovely living areas and a great balcony space. Our children were over the moon to discover the unexpected PS3 and games! We really loved exploring Corfu, and this was the perfect base. We also really enjoyed the time that we spent in the pool at the villa - a really excellent sized pool with plenty of seating around the edge, and really spectacular views across to Albania and North Greece. Huge thanks for a really wonderful week in Corfu!

Sehr schönes Haus mit zwei unterteilten Wohnungen

Der Urlaub in dem Haus war sehr erholsam. Unten eine Wohnung mit zwei Zimmern/Bad/ Küche/Wohnzimmer. Oben eine Wohnung mit 3 Zimmern/zwei Bädern/ Küche/ großes Wohnzimmer. Der Pool ist super sauber und der Blick vom Haus und Pool ist atemberaubend. Was ich wirklich gut fande, war die Kommunikation mit eos. Wir bekamen gleich bei Ankunft eine SMS, wenn wir was bräuchten, sollen wir uns melden. Uns hat noch ein Sonnenschirm gefehlt, der war innerhalb zwei Stunden da. Am vorletzten Tag ist ein Wasserhahn geplatzt. ich habe es gemeldet und nach 1 1/2 Stunden war jemand da zum Reparieren. Was ich nicht so gut fand, dass in der Küche keinerlei Grund-Lebensmittel, wie Salz, Zucker, erster Kaffee da waren. Mittel gegen Stechmücken ist unbedingt ratsam.

We had a very pleasant stay and I can easily see myself returning to Villa Vilelmina. The house was beautiful and the view just amazing. Supermarket was just around the corner and the area was peaceful and quiet.

Amazing location with an incredible view. Great swimming pool. Really good local shop which stocks everything you need. Decor of the house is a bit dated, the cooker in the upstairs kitchen is a problem to use as all the controls/dials have faded. The bathrooms showers could do with replacing and the downstairs bath takes a long time to drain. There is a possibly dangerous hole in the floor of the downstairs bathroom which as stale standing water in it. One of the downstairs bedrooms also smells musty. The other main issue is that there was a couple living within the building in a separate apartment, this is not mentioned in the property details. We did have a lovely week but improvements need to be made.

Wonderful experience at villa vilemina A beautiful location with stunning views Villa very spacious with everything you need provided Very clean and was cleaned twice during our one week stay Very good supermarket a few minutes walk away I would highly recommend a stay here

Stunning Villa! Amazing Stay!

The best holiday I have had in a long time. Villa was stunning and super clean! Spacious and modern! Views are breathtaking and I would recommend to anyone! Local shop had everything you need for your stay! Honestly will be back again next year! Thank you so much! X
