The space
Offering an unforgettable holiday experience, Villa Anushka is a beautiful luxury villa with infinity pool, set over three spacious floors with breathtaking sea views from every room. Each floor has its own lounge area including a fabulous games room with pool table, giving everyone ample room to enjoy time together or find their own chill-out space.

The stylish, contemporary interior is kitted out with high-end mod-cons and each of the six bedrooms has its own luxurious bathroom. Wake up to a delicious breakfast prepared by our on-site housekeeping staff and spend the morning lazing by the gorgeous infinity pool while the kids play happily on the inflatables. In the evening, an array of bustling restaurants can be found in nearby Chaweng, or stay in and watch the spectacular pink sunsets over a glass of wine.

Sleeping 12 people, the villa is ideally located within easy reach of all Koh Samui’s highlights, with the pristine shores of Chaweng Noi Beach just a two minute drive away. Whether you’re holidaying with family or friends, Villa Anushka offers an idyllic escape to relax in style.

A modern interior with superb entertainment space

Entering the villa on the top floor, the large open plan kitchen, dining, and living area has huge floor-to-ceiling windows capturing the full splendour of the panoramic sea views. There are comfortable couches, a TV, and large dining table seating 12. The modern kitchen is equipped with oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine. Sliding doors open fully onto the gorgeous terrace and pool area, which can also be accessed from the master bedroom. There’s also a handy guest toilet on this floor.

Downstairs on the middle floor are two double bedrooms and one twin, all with sea view. A standout feature of the villa is the huge games room. Enjoy a game of pool or table football, play your favourite board game, or watch a film in the cosy TV corner. It’s a great space to hang out together.

On the lowest floor is a large master bedroom and one twin room. A lounge area with couches and TV has enormous 7 meter high windows overlooking the glistening ocean. There’s an exercise bike if you fancy a workout, and a desk if you need to check into work.

Every bedroom has its own private bathroom with shower, and the master ensuite downstairs also boasts a bathtub.

Glorious infinity pool with sala

Outside amid tropical greenery, sun loungers beckon for all day lazing, with a sala if you’d prefer to chill in the shade. Take a dip in the 15m x 3m infinity pool, with plenty of lilos and inflatable toys provided for your enjoyment. Who could resist an evening on the terrace with a glass of something delicious, watching some of the most stunning sunsets you’ll ever gaze at…bliss.

Location:

* Villa Anushka is nestled in the serene mountains, yet it's just a short 0.5km-1km journey from the picturesque Chaweng Noi Beach, as well as a variety of restaurants and shops.

* While the concrete road is accessible by foot, it's worth noting that it is quite steep. For your convenience and comfort during your stay, we strongly recommend arranging transportation.

* A 10 minute drive takes you to the bustle of Chaweng and the charming Fisherman’s Village in Bophut.

* The airport is 15 minutes away.

Extra touches:

· A welcome fruit basket, water and soft drinks will be waiting for you on arrival.

· Our wonderful Housekeeping couple live in a separate annex next to the villa, and will prepare breakfast for you and clean the villa daily. Fresh bedlinen is provided every 3-4 days and towels as needed.

· Private chef and other guest and tour services can all be booked at an extra charge.

· There is Wi-Fi throughout the villa as well as a sound system for you to enjoy your favourite music.

· Every room is fully air-conditioned for your comfort.
