Nuestra propiedad de lujo con aire acondicionado, 4 dormitorios, piscina privada, jardín tropical, acceso a internet y televisión por satélite. Se encuentra en la prístina playa Laem Noi en el noroeste tranquila de Koh Samui. A 10 minutos en coche de varios restaurantes auténticos. Estudios de masaje también están cerca. El pueblo más cercano Nathon está a unos 10 minutos en coche, y allí encontrará un supermercado internacional (Tesco), farmacias y otras tiendas para todas sus necesidades diarias.

Debido a su ubicación en una playa tranquila, nuestra propiedad es ideal para familias con niños y parejas que quieran pasar un momento romántico. La propiedad consta de dos edificios. La casa principal tiene 3 dormitorios: dos amplios dormitorios con doble. Cama y un cuarto de baño y una habitación con dos literas (para cuatro) para los niños. Los dos baños tienen ducha y dos lavaderos, un cuarto de baño, además, cuenta con una bañera de hidromasaje. La casa principal tiene también una sala de estar con TV (pantalla plana, canales en inglés disponible) y reproductor de DVD.

El segundo edificio, el llamado. Pool Villa cuenta con una cocina totalmente equipada y un comedor y sala de estar, todo bajo un alto techo a dos aguas de cinco metros. Las puertas de cristal son totalmente abierto en tres lados, por lo que la villa consigue un ambiente muy tailandés. Hojas en el lado de la playa de la villa de la piscina por la propia sala de plegado interno separado. Esta zona cuenta con un sofá y se puede utilizar como otro dormitorio. Un cuarto de baño privado está junto a él. Junto a la sala es una terraza con sombra, con tumbonas, desde donde se puede entrar de lleno en la piscina de azulejos azules. Si te gusta lo más soleado, la misma será feliz en la amplia zona ajardinada entre la playa y la piscina.

El jardín tropical completa la oferta, dejando la villa en un ambiente único brillo - perfecto para unas vacaciones de ensueño!

Nuestra villa está dirigido por una pareja británica muy amable que hará cualquier cosa para hacer que su estancia sea inolvidable. Ropa de cama y toallas se cambian dos veces por semana, la casa se limpia una vez a la semana. Las tarifas adicionales, servicios como canguro, chef o masajista se pueden reservar en el sitio.

Para su comodidad, le recomendamos alquilar un coche. Estamos encantados de ayudarle. Traslado desde y hacia el aeropuerto está incluido en el precio.

The house was in a great location short walk to restaurants, massage parlors, coffee shops, little markets. It was also right on the beach with beautiful views. It was a tad dated in the home. The kitchen definitely needs some attention. We chose to eat out every meal as the kitchen wasn’t a place I wanted to cook in and the dishes/pans were limited. Overall we loved where the home was and Meena was helpful.

Amazing location right on a quiet, almost private, beach. A refreshing pool with both shallow and refleshingly deep sections.The nearest town is about 10 minutes walk, with a number of small grocery stores and restaurants. For anything else you'll need a ride.A separate living/pool house and bedrooms means you can keep the bedrooms cool and clean, while living it up in the pool house.Lovely garden and relaxation options. A few things around the house could use some maintenance, but we had a wonderful week on the beach nonetheless!

Nice stay

The house is nice, The beds are fine, location was good. Nice hostess and good communication with owner. However a few things to improve: cleaning of the kitchen (!), very poor internet, swimmingpool needs Some renovation. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

I'm glad you had a pleasant stay. Regarding the points you raised, a squirrel bit through the fiberoptic cable, causing internet disruption. It's very common in Samui, unfortunately, and beyond our control. We have to wait for the provider to come fix it, which can take up to 24 hours. The villa was cleaned head-to-toe the day before you arrived, and just minutes before you arrived the manager cleaned the countertop in the kitchen again, from the dust that settled there in the 24 hours since the thorough cleaning, using the brandnew sponge she provided for you. That's why the sponge was slightly used when you arrived and you thought it was old. However, glad you enjoyed your stay and we'll be happy to host you again, if you wish!

An exceptional place to stay right on the beach and within walking distance from many restaurants and shops. Meena was a great host. Unfortunately the internet did not work during our stay, despite Meena following up with the provider. Overall an excellent choice and great value for our group of 4 adults and 4 children. Really beautiful house and surroundings

The house was really good for our family, a lot of space and a beautiful pool and beach right outside. The property manager was extremely nice, welcoming and helpful, and we felt well taken care of. Nearby restaurants are easy to get to and serve good Thai as well as western cuisine ( which is good if you have kids that are picky eaters) All in all, a great stay, would have loved to stay longer.

Private Relaxing Villa on the Ocean

The villa could use a little refresh and at times some road traffic can be heard. However, the villa and pool were very clean, the indoor/ outdoor flow of the “day” house was great, the privacy of the property and access to the private beach out front was amazing! Restaurants were within a 15 minute walk. Meena was a great host! We would stay here again, had a wonderful, restful and private holiday.

Perfect pool

We spent most of the time in the pool! It is perfect, although a little abrasive on the arms when resting on the edge.First impressions were that most rooms would be too hot to stay in. This is due to the greenhouse effect of a glass roof in the living area and no aircon in the kitchen/diner.However, with all the doors open in the kitchen and the fans on, it was pleasant. Zircon in the bedroom kept that as a cool oasis.The beach is mostly empty and is a wonderful strolling spot. The sea is very shallow so is safe for kids but too shallow for a swim without veering out some distance. Nevertheless, it's benign and safe.There's a fabulous beach bar with superb cocktails pretty much next door. You cannot hear it from the house, despite another comment in the reviews.All in all, this house was one of the highlights of out Thailand trip!

August Stay at the Villa

Great location and the outside is excellent right on a nice beach with the right mix of privacy outdoors compared with excellent access to the beach. Only 2 points would be lack of covering of the large glass ceiling area in the master bedroom which makes it very bright early on in the morning (Need eye shaders) and also the bunk room has to access either the master bedroom bathroom facilities or go outside to the kitchen part of the villa (separate building) Overall though the location and outside areas are very desirable and some good swimming snorkelling to be had straight out from the back of the villa

Take Dad on a trip to Samui

I would like to say from my heart that I am very impressed with the place. The size of the swimming pool is not small and is appropriately large. And behind this villa is the sea (the water is very clear, the atmosphere in the morning is nice to walk and in the evening it is good weather ) My father and the entire family joined him on the trip this time Everyone enjoyed the atmosphere around Bella and everyone enjoyed swimming in the pool in the evening, kayaking behind the house at the sea.Everyone said that the villa was an interesting place and had a good atmosphere.I, who searched for a villa on Koh Samui, would like to thank you and have been very impressed with making you and your family smile, laugh, and be happy.

Gorgeous villa!

This was such a beautiful villa.We hired a car (recommended). It was a bit hard to find. We were sent a pin in a map but it didn’t say which house number it was (it’s 2).Meena the house keeper was lovely, the place was spotless. I read on other reviews complaints on the air con, but it worked perfectly. What was amazing was the bedrooms were in a seperate building so we could keep the doors closed and the air on on low. I kept it at 25 degrees and that was beautifully cool with all the marble. Some bits were slightly old. The plug and keys didn’t work on the bath, some tiles were coming off the pool etc. but it didn’t detract from the villa at all for us.The pool was fab, although there are no steps so the oldies found it.a bit hard to climb out. The stepping stones look lovely, but have sharp edges. Apart from that they’re in a shallow bit which makes a great shady kids pool.The beach was nice, super sandy and shallow a long way out.A beach bar opened a couple doors down, you could just hear the beat of the music they played constantly which is a shame but not super noticeable. You can walk to the next beach where there are lots of bars and massages. It’s a very short walk, but the footpath is overgrown so there’s about 20 metres where you need to walk in the road around a blind bend.Worth noting, the cleaner visits every 3 days (4 hrs a time) pool guy every 3 days (1hr) and gardeners once for about 6 hrs.

Wonderful location

The villa is in a superb spot, right on a quiet beach, with turquoise waters and amazing sunsets. Barely saw another soul on the beach for a fortnight. It was perfect for our family group but no good if you’re after hectic nightlife. A small gate from the garden leads directly onto the sand. The pool is a generous size, and overlooks the beach view. A godsend in the heat. It was kept clean with staff visiting twice a week. In the main house, there are two main bedroom suites which are large and well-appointed. A third bedroom is much smaller, without an en-suite, it has two sets of bunkbeds which would be ideal for small children but not for my 16 year old (6'3"!). The villa was kept spotless by friendly and efficient cleaners who visited twice weekly. The air conditioning was efficient and reliable. Meena was extremely helpful during our stay, and her communication was excellent. A very short walk away are several amazing restaurants and cafes at Bang Po beach. Ranging from beach shacks to cocktail bars, there was something to suit everyone. The food we ate here was extremely good value and completely delicious. Although there are lots of restaurants/bars to choose from, the area has a very calm, family-friendly feel. Lots of twinkly lights in the evening, chilled music, and beachfront tables. Highly recommend Cherish, Kathy's Place, and Nam Jai. We loved our stay here and were sad to leave. Thank you for a wonderful holiday!

DO NOT STAY HERE - left after 2 days on a 5 night stay.

When we got in we were given no instructions on the house, just given the keys.It seemed dirty and not well maintained. Even the pool was filthy which at first we just assumed it was due to the trees in the backyard. There was no air conditioner in the main living room/kitchen with holes in the wall where the air conditioner use to be. The main living area was unbearably hot and uncomfortable. At every point in our stay the air conditioners in each area either went out completely or barely worked. My elderly parents ended up sleeping in the living room when their air conditioner stopped working in the middle of the night. We have videos of the rooms having incredibly high temperatures while the air conditioners were “running”. Most of the pool chairs were broken and so were the umbrellas. The pool was dirty, dirt all over the sides and a broken filter. We attempted to reach out to the property multiple times with no response. We only met the owners girlfriend when the techs came to fix the air conditioners, we were told the main living area hadn’t had air conditioning in two years. Just giants holes in the walls to the outside. The owners then tried to tell us no houses had AC and that we were told not turn the air under 20. Once again we were given no directions. We ended up leaving after finding a house two doors down that was clean, had working air, and much better service. DO NOT STAY HERE, the listing is inaccurate, the managers do not care.

These guests were trouble from the first minute, and several of their comments are simply untrue. They are disgruntled because they decided to check out early and expected a refund for the nights they didn't stay, despite the booking policy stating the contrary. The manager met the guests at the property at check-in and provided instructions for everything. Yes, there is no a/c in the kitchen, but there IS a/c in the living room. The guests tried to lower the temperature in the bedrooms to 18(!!) degrees, which no a/c can achieve when the outside temperature is 35 degrees or more. They were told to NOT set the a/c temperature below 20 degrees, they ignored our request and finally broke the a/c, which we had to fix at our own cost. One of the pool chairs, not "most" as claimed, was broken but usable, and it was fixed during their stay as well. The statements about the pool are simply untrue. The pool is cared for professionally every 3 days. When there is rain, the pool may turn a little cloudy for a day or two until the pump filters out all the rain water again, but it's simply not true that the pool is filthy - this is a lie, please see our other reviews!

Très belle maison idéalement située au bord d'une belle plage très calme . Par contre les travaux de construction en cours derrière la maison sont à l'heure actuelle très bruyants . De nombreuses coupures d'électricité et d'eau pendant notre séjour ont créé du souci car nous avions deux jeunes enfants. Je suppose qu'elles sont liées aux travaux justement. Robinetterie à revoir sur plusieurs points d'eau. Le bilan est malgré tout positif et notre séjour restera remarquable dans notre mémoire.

Superbe maison, située dans un endroit calme de l île. Idéal si vous fuyez la foule de Chaweng. Hôte très disponible et communication facile. Seuls bémols de la maison : la 4 eme chambre n est pas vraiment une chambre et il manquerait un lave vaisselle pour que ce soit parfait. Es gibt 4 baugleiche Villen. Wählen sie eine andere!

Die Lage und der Strand sind super! Leider war das Haus stark abgenutzt und nicht sauber. Besonders die Matratzen waren dreckig und rochen. Wir waren mit kleinen Kindern dort und haben beim Verrücken von den Wohnzimmer Sofas undefinierbare Tabletten gefunden. Es war einfach nicht ordentlich geputzt. Meena, die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hat sich auch um alles gekümmert, leider musste man erst sie auf die Missstände aufmerksam machen.

Hi David, I'm sorry you didn't find everything to be up to your expectations. Regarding the mattresses, I really don't understand what you are referring to, I have never had complaints about this from anyone. In fact, the guests who checked in right after you just left a 5-star review and had no complaints about either the mattresses or any cleanliness issues. Regarding finding something underneath the sofas, I apologize for that, but please understand that the sofas are extremely heavy and the gap between floor and sofa is very small, so one person alone (the maid) cannot clean there. We do clean there about every 2-3 months when we do a major inspection of the villa. I'm sure if you were to rearrange the furniture in any hotel room (like you did in my villa), you would find all sorts of things under the sofas, chairs, and beds.

ein schönes und geräumiges Anwesen mit einem großen, gut gepflegten Swimming Pool inkl. Massagedüsen (unentbehrlich bei Ebbe). Die Ausstattung der Villa ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen... wobei jede Bemängelung (kaputter Toaster) schnell beseitigt wurde, die Managerin war immer erreichbar und um Hilfe bemüht. Ein guter Massageservice ist direkt in der Villa verfügbar, Parkplatz vor der Haustür, regelmäßige Reinigung und Poolservice waren sehr gut organisiert und nett. Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt! Ein hauseigenes Stand-Up Paddle Boot hätte ihn evtl. noch getoppt

My wife and I fell in love with Thailand on our first visit ten years ago. During our many returns the wish to own a holiday home here solidified. When we came to Koh Samui with our daughter for the first time in 2014, we knew we had found our paradise. But finding a property to meet our exacting standards as well as our budget proved a difficult task. Finally we found this villa, and we look forward to spending our holidays (and more?) here for many years to come. We are confident that you as our guest will share our exhilaration.
