Inside the accommodation is spacious and sleeps up to 4 people in 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, both with en-suite facilities. The kitchen is fully equipped and a large lounge/dining room with beamed ceilings has doors out to the terrace and garden. Outside, there is a private pool, a covered dining area with a built-in barbecue where you can dine al fresco and admire the beautiful mountain views. Air-Conditioning and Heating
Where stated air-conditioning is included and acts as a cooling and heating system on a timer (available for use between 14:00 - 16:00 and 20:00 - 08:00 hours).

Electric Cars
Please check in advance if you are bringing an electric car as not all properties have the electrical installation prepared to support this service. If available there is an extra charge, payable in advance on arrival: 100 € per week per car.

Security/Damage Deposits
Groups of guests under the age of 25 years may be asked to pay a security/damage deposit on arrival, refunded 14 days from departure after satisfactory inventory and damages inspection: 150 €/person.
