Blue Belgrave is situated just outside of the main town of Torquay, just a short walk from the main Torquay beach and marina with its wide variety of restaurants and bars. There is so much to see and do nearby, whether that involves watching a show at the nearby Princess Theatre, playing a spot of golf at the nearby Torre Abbey golfing green, mini golf just next door for all the family or simply just a relaxing day at the beach.
The house itself benefits from being furnished stylishly and has been renovated to a high standard. There is a living/dining area with Smart TV and comfortable seating. A fully equipped kitchen with dining table and chairs leads out onto the private rear decked area.
