Marsuites 1 - Palace and Cathedral View (First floor)

MARsuites 1 is located at the first floor of MARsuites building. The elevator will let you straight in however there are also stairs to access. The apartment has a stylish entrance that leads you to the open plan kitchen. The kitchen is full-equipped (washer-dryer, dishwasher, toaster, squeezer, microwave, boiler, coffee machine...) and it is open to the living room. It has also a high table and chairs. The living room is bright and spacious. It has a little balcony and window to enjoy the views. There is also a reading area with a rocking chair, a comfortable Italian designed sofa-bed (160cmx200cm) only available for kids under 15 and a dinning area. The tv is a Samsung Smart TV with satellite channels. The apartment has a fresh bathroom with a shower, also a hair-dryer. The master bed room has a large window and a normal window. The bed is double sized (160cmx200cm) and there is a drawer cabinet and a clothes rack. Windows are double glazed.

Amazing location, beautiful place!!

We absolutely loved our stay and if we are lucky enough to return to Mallorca would definitely stay here again! Sandra was so helpful and responsive! The space was very well decorated and totally clean (I am very picky about cleanliness). Highly recommend!!

Lovely bright apartment in a great location

Perfect in Palma

Our stay at Marsuites in Palma could not have been better! Simply stated, the apartment was perfect - extremely clean, well appointed kitchen, lovely decorating, lots of natural light, easy to use tv's (with Netflix), full sized dishwasher, a washing machine, and all necessary household items for seamless living. The location was phenomenal, within walking distance to many restaurants, historical sites, and the gorgeous coastal bike/walking path. Perhaps the best part of Marsuites was our kind host, Sandra. She made us feel most welcome and suggested many excellent restaurants and sites to see within Palma. We had a wonderful stay at Marsuites 1!

Amazing apartment, perfect location

The apartment was fantastic. It was really clean, spacious and comfortable. Air conditioning was very effective and the shower was powerful. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The balcony was small as explained on booking but was still a lovely place to enjoy a glass of wine and watch the world go by. Although the apartment is in a busy area, once the windows are closed, it’s incredibly quiet. The lift was really handy for getting suitcases upstairs. Sandra was so welcoming and took time to explain all aspects of the property and had great tips on places to eat and visit. The apartment is in a perfect location and within walking distance of everything. Plenty of restaurants and bars in the area. Will definitely return and highly recommend

Nice appartment with excellent location

This is our second stay in Marsuites. We love the appartment. It is light, clean and well equipped. Everything functions well. The locstion is perfect with shopping, restaurants, turistic attractions as the Chatedral close by. The beach is just within a short and nice walk. We give our recommondation for this appartment.

Excellent in so many ways!!

We loved the apartment as it was like new, well equipped and in the most fantastic location. The bus, taxi stand, good restaurants, the promenade along the sea, fabulous shopping in many stores and beautiful sights were all within short walking distances. We must say that Sandra is the most informative, attentive and friendly host we’ve ever encountered in our years of travelling. She genuinely cares that you enjoy your stay in Palma. She even gifted us with a big bag of fresh lemons from her family’s garden. So nice. If you’re considering staying in Palma we couldn’t recommend this apartment highly enough. And we stayed here for one month!!

Great apartment.

Right in the center of Palma. You will be close to everything: shops, restaurants, cathedral and the beautiful harbor. Check-in and communication were a breeze. Wi-fi works great. The kitchen has everything you need for a short or long term stay and it is all beautifully organized. There were only two of us so we had room to spread out and even used the little bistro table and chairs overlooking the street and the park. Lovely!

Wonderful accommodation in Palma

Mar suites has to be in the best location in Palma . It faces the palace and cathedral and is literally a 2 minute walk to numerous very good restaurants and shops. Even though it’s in the heart of the old town, it’s very quiet with excellent double glazing. The accommodation is large, modern, spotlessly clean with a fully equipped kitchen and air conditioning. Each flat is accessed by it’s own lift. The property is very secure and safe. Sandra, our host, was super friendly. She met us at the apartment and talked us through absolutely everything we needed to know about staying in the flat. Prior to our arrival she had sent us a list of recommended restaurants , supermarkets etc. and on arrival she highlighted on a map all the places we might want to visit . I loved our visit to Palma and equally our stay at the Mar Suites. I would return in a heartbeat and would highly recommend this accommodation .

Beautiful Place to Stay!

Great property!! Really enjoyed our stay. Comfortable bed, super clean, close to all the sights! The terrace was lovely for sipping coffee in the morning and wine at night. Location was perfect. (For cyclists…Nano Bike rental is 50 feet from the rental entrance:-). Sandra was very helpful and gave us great tips. Hope to visit again!

Excellent choice!

We are an elderly couple who spent a week on this property and we were delighted with our experience. The apartment is in an old house that has been totally renovated. It is beautifully designed, very bright, and extremely functional. The manager of the property, Sandra, was fantastic in welcoming us, providing great advice and recommendations for restaurants. The location of the apartment is great, in the old part of Palma, close to shops, restaurants, cafes, the sea, the cathedral. la Lonja... It is a lively and beautiful neighborhood filled with character. There was no problem at all with noise. The area quiets down at night and the windows really keep all noise out, including day traffic (and we were on the first floor). I strongly recommend this accommodation. I will rent it again next time I visit Palma for sure.

Perfect place

The location here is great: right by the Cathedral and Paseig del Born in Palma. The apartment itself was beautiful. Modern amenities and very clean. Sandra was great at helping us check in and giving us advice on where to visit on the island. She truly went above and beyond what was expected. Because of this, she made our stay here perfect. This was truly a trip we will never forget. Highly recommend staying here. Thank you, Sandra!!

A great apartment in a great location

This was a great apartment that was fully furnished with kitchenware and super convenient with a dishwasher, clothes washer/dryer, espresso machine, etc. The building was secure and safe and the city windows made it very quiet even though the front looked out over a busy street. There were two places to eat (a counter and round table) and comfortable furniture, and two television set to English language programming. The property manager was exceptional and met us at the apartment and gave us loads of information (memorialized in writing) that was super helpful as to places to park our car, eat, visit, etc. She responded quickly to all of our questions, arranged for a 4:30 a.m. cab for us, and in every respect helped us navigate the island. The apartment was clean and the building is well-managed and safe.and in the middle of the place you want to be as a visitor to the island.

für Paare ohne Auto perfekt

die Zwei-Zimmer-Wohnung liegt im Zentrum Palma´s, ist aber mit dem Auto nicht erreichbar. Man hat nur zwei Möglichkeiten, entweder die riesige Tiefgarage an der Kathedrale, oder der ebenfalls gebührenpflichtige Parkplatz am Hafen. Erstmal angekommen, erwartet den Gast eine superfreundliche, sehr hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, eine wirklich komplett ausgestattete, sehr saubere Wohnung mit eigenem Lift und drei Klimaanlagen. Alles frisch renoviert und modern gestaltet. Leider haben wir bei der Beschreibung auf FEWO-Direkt nicht genau genug gelesen, denn der Balkon, der für uns im Urlaub so wichtig gewesen wäre, entpuppte sich als 50 cm schmaler sogenannter französischer Balkon, abends draussen zu sitzen und frische Luft geniessen, fiel also komplett aus. Wegen des Lärms auf der Strasse vorne (Wohnzimmer) und des Abluftgeruchs aus der Restaurantküche (alter Fettgeruch aus der Fritteuse) hinten (Schlafzimmer) wurden offene Fenster eher die Ausnahme, wir verstanden dann auch die schalldichten Fenster und die drei gut funktionierenden Klimaanlagen. Ein grosser Nachteil ist zudem, daß man die Wohnung weder mit dem Auto anfahren kann, nicht mal kurz halten ist erlaubt, man kassiert sonst wegen der Videoüberwachung sofort horrende Bußgelder, noch kann man irgendwo kostenfrei parken. Die Tiefgarage kann man über Nacht nutzen, am Hafen muss man zwar weniger bezahlen, aber alle zwei Stunden! hinlaufen und die Parkuhr füttern. Zudem stehen dort noch irgendwelche Abzocker, die einem ankommenden Autofahrer einen freien Parkplatz "zeigen" und dann dafür die Hand aufhalten. Komplett illegal, aber man bezahlt hier lieber, schliesslich möchte man am nächsten Tag zu einem unversehrten Fahrzeug kommen. Für interessierte Urlauber noch der Hinweis von uns, achten Sie darauf, daß Sie die Wohnung Marsuites 4 buchen müssen, wenn Sie die Dachterrasse haben wollen. Zusammenfassend bleibt zu sagen, das Objekt eignet sich perfekt für Paare, die ohne Auto kommen und abends lieber ausgehen, als in Ruhe auf dem Balkon ein Glas Wein und ein gutes Gespräch zu geniessen.

The best holiday accommodation ever...

This apartment made our holiday special. The location in the heart of Palma with easy access to the town by foot, bus or taxi is ideal. The apartment itself is smart and quite chic in a relaxed and laid back way and is easily the best equipped of any holiday accommodation we have ever used. The air conditioning, the fast wi-fi and HD television, the lift which comes directly into the apartment all help to give it that special feel. We loved the whole experience. You would probably pay a similar daily rate for an average hotel in the area with nothing like the experience of living in a superbly equipped home from home with all the freedom it gives you. If we go back to Palma, as we probably will, we would only stay here and nowhere else – it is that good. Regards, Chris and Maureen.

Nice off-season Family holiday with a one year old baby

The Apartment was really cosy, very close to the city center and only a short walk to the sea ans beach. The Apartment was perfectly clean. The Communication to the Host was very very friendly and easy. She always gave her best to help us in every situation. Totally recommend the Apartment!

Our building is located at one of the most charming neighborhoods of old town. You can walk everywhere. There are monuments to visit like the Cathedral or Almudaina Palace (in front of the apartment), there are museums (Es Baluard, Caixa Forum), Bars, restaurants, boutiques, cafes..you have everything close to enjoy Palma. The apartments have been designed and decorated with a cozy taste to offer you a comfortable place to stay in Palma. All of them have a little balcony and a window from where you will enjoy amazing views over Almudaina Royal Palace and top of the Cathedral.
MARsuites 4 has a wonderful terrace on top.
