Marsuites 4 - Penthouse Palace and Cathedral View (Fourth floor)

MARsuites 4 is located at the fourth floor of MARsuites building. The elevator will let you straight in however there are also stairs to access. The entrance leads you to the full equipped open plan kitchen. The living room is bright and spacious. It has a little balcony and window to enjoy the views. There is also a reading area with a rocking chair, a comfortable Italian designed sofa-bed (160cmx200cm) only for kids under 15. The tv is a Samsung Smart TV with satellite channels. The apartment has one bathroom with a shower and hair-dryer. The master bed room looks to the back street. It has a large window and a normal window. The bed is double sized (180cmx200cm) and there is a drawer cabinet and a clothes rack. Windows are perfectly isolated to avoid possible noise from street. There is an amazing terrace at the roof top. It has a 30m2where you´ll be able to relax, get tanned, enjoy dinner or read a book. There are 2 hammocks and a table with chairs, a sink and a shower to refresh

Great Apartment

Location is on Palma's main shopping street, has a view of the palace and cathedral, and is within easy walking distance of great restaurants, the food markets and all the major sights. The apartment is really clean, has everything you need and the kitchen is well equipped if you plan to cook. Sandra, the manager, was super-responsive and really helpful with local information. Looking forward to another stay!

Perfect location

The property was clean, modern and spacious. It had a lovely sunny terrace. The host, Sandra was exceptional. I was unwell for part of the time and she couldn't have been more helpful. A lovely, caring person who gave us lots of tips on booking in and was there with a taxi when we left.

We had a lovely, relaxing holiday in Palma. The apartment is perfect. Everything was 10-20 minutes walk away and the roof terrace is so secluded and welcoming that we kept coming back to eat outside. Sandra is a star, super friendly and accessible, giving us lots of expert advice and help. Comfy bed, very clean, well equipped - all as advertised. Easily our best Spanish holiday and we've had a few!

Highly Recommended

We stayed in MarSuites 4, The location could not be better, right in the heart of the old town, with the best shopping and restaurants within easy walking distance and a taxi rank opposite. The apartment is cleverly designed to utilise the long, narrow, limited space available, at one end, the large comfortable lounge/diner has plenty of light and a little balcony overlooking the avenue lined with plane trees and with views of the palace and cathedral. A small kitchen area has everything needed and the bathroom has a decent shower. The bedroom is at the other end of the space and again is more than adequate, very quiet at night. The bonus of MarSuites 4 is the large roof terrace which receives full sun, is sheltered and very private. Access from the lobby from the street is by either by four flights of steep staircases, or a tiny, slow, 2 person lift, (this is the only, minor drawback) but it does open straight into the apartment. It was very clean and well maintained, well equipped, and the host Sandra could not be praised enough for the help she gave us and the trouble she took to make us welcome.

Moderne, helle Altstadtwohnung

Moderne, heele und saubere Altstadtwohnung in einem vollständig renovierten Gebäude. Gut eingerichtet, schöne Terrasse mit Sonne ab ca Mittag. Sehr freundliche, in der Nähe wohnende Dame, die die Wohnung übergibt. Schlafen ist nur mit geschlossenem Fenster möglich, doch Klimaanlage läuft perfekt und ruhig. Sehr zentrale Lage gleich gegenüber der Kathedrale, wenige Schritte zu Restaurants und Einkauf. Nicht ganz günstig, aber gerne wieder!

Superb Apartment in Palma Old Torn

Mar Suites apartment 4 is a beautiful, contemporary, penthouse apartment in a peaceful part of the Old Town. The property was spotless throughout and the property manager, Sandra, was brilliant at providing really useful information and tips, both before and during our stay. The highlight for us was the private roof terrace which is perfect for relaxing, sun bathing and dining. There are countless bars, restaurants and shops right on the doorstep, along with all of the historical sights that Palma is rightly famous for. Highly recommended all round!

Die Wohnung liegt sehr günstig in der Altstadt von Palma. Geschäfte, Cafés und Restaurants sind sehr schnell zu erreichen. Außerdem ist man in 5 Minuten am Hafen und am Strand. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt, besonders auf der Terrasse, auf der man viel Sonne hat. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hinfahren.

Perfect location, perfect apartment, perfect management

We thoroughly enjoyed our week's stay in MarSuites 4. The terrace was a bonus since the weather was fabulous. We appreciated being in the centre of the old city, with the convenience of shopping, restaurants, historic sites. Sandra was the perfect host, providing valuable suggestions, and always willing to help. Well worth a return visit.

Perfekter Urlaub

Appartement ist wirklich hervorragend,super ausgestattet und absolut sauber. Die Lage ist ganz zentral,man ist mitten im Leben aber trotzdem ist das Appartement sehr ruhig.Die Dachterrasse rundet den perfekten Gesamteindruck ab!-Wir haben schon für nächstes Jahr gebucht.Danke an die hilfsbereite und sehr freundliche Gastgeberin Sandra,die dafür gesorgt hat,dass unserAufenthalt wunderbar war!

Hervorragend

Wohnung mit allem Nötigen. Natürlich ist besonders die Dachterrasse das Highlight der Wohnung. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Unterstützung durch Sandra, die sich vor Ort um die Gäste kümmert. Sie war jederzeit kurzfristig zu erreichen und hat sich freundlich und kompetent um alles gekümmert. Die Wohnung hat seinen Preis, aber wenn man ein paar Tage eine Auszeit nehmen möchte und keine Lust auf Mietwagen oder Taxi hat, ist man hier in der Altstadt super aufgehoben.

Wonderful modern apartment in the perfect location

I could not find a place in Old Town that would offer such a perfect combination of comfort, very central location... and the most wonderful host! The apartment is very clean, well planned and well equipped. There are so many well-thought details which make this place a perfect holiday home for everyone. The roof terrace is a wonderful addition. Special thanks to Sandra, whose hospitality is second to none. She is very accommodating, very attentive and very helpful. We would love to be back!!!!

Toppenfin lägenhet med bra läge

Lägenheten har superfin inredning och miljö med terrass som vi använde för sköna middagar på kvällarna. Läget även det bra med nära till allt. Sammantaget gjorde det att vår vistelse i Palma blev mycket lyckat. Rekommenderar verkligen lägenheten. Det enda som kan vara ett problem för vissa är att hissen är mycket liten.

Excellent modern apartment in the centre

Very clean and comfortable apartment with every amenity and so central. The roof terrace in Apt 4 was worth every extra euro! Sandra, in charge of all the apartments was amazingly good, superb English language and so helpful in whatever you required. The only small criticism was that there was no choice of pillows and feather pillows were not available, which considering the cost/night was surprising. We would definitely return and stay again for a week.

Super Wohung !!!

Wir haben uns für diese Wohnung aufgrund der guten Bewertungen entschieden und wurden definitiv nicht enttäuscht! Die Wohung liegt in einer top Lage und ist trotzdem sehr ruhig. Man hört nichts von draußen. Sie war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet ! Alles was benötigt wird, ist vorhanden! Unsere beiden Kinder haben sich auch wohlgefühlt. Sandra, die die Wohnung verwaltet ist super lieb und hilfsbereit!! Wir kommen definitiv wieder :-)

Perfect in-town location

Before booking i struggled with the choice of staying on the ocean or in Old Town. I am glad I chose in town as you are so close to all the great restaurants, bars and beautiful village streets. If you opt to stay in Old Town you will not get a better location then here, hands down. Sandra was the perfect definition of a "host", I cannot say enough about how far out of the way she goes to make guests feel welcome and taken care of, from time of booking all the way through check-out. I intend to return many times!

Fantastic

This is a beautiful apartment, the owners have thought of everything you may need. Great roof terrace, with views to enjoy the cathedral and the sun. Sandra is a great host, who is very accommodating. Loved our stay and will be back ! 😀
