Luxury 5 Bedroom Villa, Gym, Sauna, Heated Rooftop Pool

This is an immaculately designed 5 Bedroom Villa with Sea Views, full size swimming pool, heated plunge pool on the roof, sauna, haman and a Gym/Fitness room. Sitting in Kalkan’s Kiziltas district, it can accommodate up to 10 guests in 5 spacious bedrooms. Due to its elevated position the villa has excellent sea views from the pool, roof terrace, and all the bedrooms.

The entrance to the villa is an easy drive directly up to the front door. This feature combined with there being a bedroom on the entrance floor means that this villa would be suitable for a guest with mobility difficulties.
The villa is approximately 20 minutes downhill walk to the centre of Kalkan. Local public transport also passes by the villa at regular intervals.

Ground Floor
On the ground floor there is an open plan living, dining, and kitchen area with wide glass sliding doors extending out onto the pool terrace and providing guests with views of the sea and mountains beyond. The area includes a large corner sofa that is centred around a coffee table and flat-screen TV, a modern kitchen, and an indoor dining table that can accommodate up to 10 people.

The first of the five bedrooms is also located on this floor. This twin bedroom has a wardrobe, bedside tables, and an ensuite bathroom. It also has direct access to the pool patio.
The gym, sauna, and Turkish hammam are all located on the ground floor.

First Floor
On the first floor there are three bedrooms: a master double bedroom, a double bedroom, and a twin bedroom. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom (the master bedroom’s bathroom also has a Jacuzzi), a wardrobe, bedside tables, and a private balcony with a view of the sea.

Second Floor
On the second floor/roof terrace level of the property, there is a fifth bedroom. A double bed, en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi, bedside tables, and wardrobe space are features of the second master bedroom.

A large roof terrace with a seating area, coffee table, sun loungers, and a plunge pool with an incorporated jacuzzi section is accessible through large sliding glass doors. This plunge pool has one end that is made from glass and it can be heated in the cooler months for an additional charge. Spectacular views of Kalkan’s Bay and the Mediterranean Sea can be enjoyed from this terrace.

Outdoors
The large pool terrace features a private infinity pool, approximately 13 x 4.5 metres, with a depth of 1.5 metres. Two sun loungers have been placed in the shallow portion of the pool, and there are other sun loungers next to the pool with views of Kalkan’s bay. There is also a shower by the pool.

The pool terrace has a variety of seating areas, including a wide sofa with cushions and a coffee table, a double swing chair, and a small table and chairs that have been placed immediately outside the first-floor bedroom.

Everything has been thought of to ensure guests enjoyment including table tennis, dartboard and basketball hoop. There is also a shady outdoor eating area, which is furnished with a large dining table, a small kitchen, and a BBQ.

Other things to note: Please note that rates are based on reserv ations of a minimum of 7 nights . For reservations of 6 or less nights there is an additional short stay cleaning charge, payable in cash on arrival at the villa. Please ask for more details.
Heating of the rooftop pool is £200/week payable on arrival at the villa.
