¡Cuando solo lo mejor lo hará!

Este condominio frente al mar en el cuarto piso en el Kihei Surfside Resort se encuentra en el extremo del océano del edificio, en el codiciado "1 stack", que son los condominios de dos dormitorios más cercanos al océano en todo Kihei o Wailea. Tiene una espectacular vista de 270 grados desde la cocina, sala, comedor, dormitorio principal y lanai. Las islas de Molokini y Kahoolawe son claramente visibles. La vista del océano y su abundante vida salvaje es absolutamente impresionante. Fue completamente remodelado y reformado en septiembre de 2011, ¡y es espectacular en todos los sentidos! Esta es la unidad personal "Rosies". Creemos que esta es la mejor unidad en la mejor ubicación del sur de Kihei.

Toda la unidad tiene pisos de porcelanato. Todos los gabinetes, hechos a medida e importados de Canadá, son de arce teñido de cereza, y todos los mostradores y tocadores están cubiertos con granito Juparana Delicatus. La sala de estar tiene un sofá de mimbre tropical con un loveseat a juego y un sillón grande y cómodo con otomana. También hay un gran televisor LCD en color de pantalla plana de 55 pulgadas con caja de cable HD, DVR, reproductor de rayos azules y receptor de sonido envolvente y ventilador de techo de varias velocidades.

El comedor tiene una mesa redonda de vidrio de ratán con 4 sillones tropicales a juego con ventilador de techo / luz arriba.

El gran lanai privado tiene dos cómodos sillones a juego con otomanas y mesas de estilo bistró con capacidad para cuatro: ¡un lugar espectacular para disfrutar de su café matutino o una cena romántica frente al mar! Se pueden ver tortugas y delfines durante todo el año, ballenas en temporada.

La unidad tiene internet inalámbrico de alta velocidad y llamadas de larga distancia gratuitas a los Estados Unidos y Canadá.

El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size de alta calidad con almohadas estilo europeo con ropa de cama de alta gama. Esta es la única unidad de 2 dormitorios en el Kihei Surfside con una cama king size. También hay un ventilador de techo de varias velocidades, muebles de mimbre de estilo hawaiano, persianas de plantación, televisor LCD de pantalla plana de 37 pulgadas montado en la pared con decodificador de cable. El armario tiene una caja fuerte de seguridad digital montada en su interior. ¡El dormitorio principal está ubicado en el lado del océano del edificio desde donde el surf es muy audible y la vista completa del océano es impresionante!

Absolutely stunning views. Gorgeous, very clean condo with everything we needed for our 7 night stay. Very nice updated kitchen and bathrooms, great showers, new appliances in kitchen. Everything we needed. Beaches just minutes away. Ulua beach nearby was my favorite. We enjoyed breakfasts and sunsets on our huge and gorgeous lanai everyday. Pool was great too. Never crowded. Quiet respectful building overall. Keycode (no contact) check in was great, just checkin with front office for your parking pass for your stay. Fell asleep to ocean waves every night. No AC but we loved all the fresh Maui air and strong breeze filling the condo. There are lots of fans throughout the condo keeping it cool. Best vacation we’ve ever had. Can’t wait to come back.

The oceanfront unit was fantastic. Right on the ocean, with the sound of waves crashing and steps to a beautiful beach. Unit was fully equipped with everything we needed. Coded entry door meant not having to worry about carrying keys all week.

Absolutely beautiful!

This property was incredible. The view is unmatched. We especially loved that the bedroom had a view as well and that we could hear the sound of the waves going to bed every night. The kitchen was stocked like a full time kitchen too! The property management were extremely helpful and available. We highly recommend this property as it exceeded our expectations and we had zero issues.

Blissful experience

This condo is truly too good to be true. Nitrile crazy how close you are to the ocean, it’s like you’re floating right above the waves. You constantly hear the ocean and feel the wind and have a perfect sunset view with palm trees giving you a treehouse feel. Truly a magical two days. I will be renting this unit again one day.

excellent location

I decided to book a last minute vacation with the family. The facilities and personnel are top notch. You can literally purchase groceries and expect to find everything else in the unit. Larry and company accommodated our last minute booking and their onsite personnel are very helpful. The property is located a few steps from a great beach and the view is spectacular. It is a short drive with easy access to pretty much all points of interest on the Island. The breeze off the ocean fills the property with ocean air and you quickly begin scheming on how to move to Maui.

Loved the location of the property. This unit is so close to the water that you almost feel like you are on boat. Beach is great with a grassy area so you can stay less sandy if want. Great snorkeling right on beach with lots of fish and sea turtle. Unit had chairs and some snorkel gear. Very nice kitchen and bathrooms. Only surprise was no air conditioning. I overlooked that detail before booking, but since all windows slide open to screen, it wasn't bad with breeze and each room has fan. Great restaurants just down the road and condo next door has a bar/restaurant and little shop in case you need anything. Managment company super easy to reach and fast to respond.

BEST LOCATION IN KIHEI!!! READ REVIEW!!

I am going to be Honest as a Guest that recently stayed. The location by far is the best in South Kihei. Food, stores, groceries are walking distance. We arrived to a super clean two spacious bedroom location. Each bedroom had its own Bathroom that were spotless. Living room was awesome. Free flowing into the kitchen allows easy entertaining. The couch is perfect size. The decor is a great fit as well. The Balcony is the spot. Walking out pick a spot and unwind. It is 10feet away from the shore, you will get amazing views during your stay. At 4 stories we saw turtles swimming around. The wind gusts are strong and refreshing.They instantly cool off the location yet making it a full tropical experience. The view of the stars at night is amazing. A palm tree rests perfectly between the Moon and the Big Dipper. Location Location Location!!! We spent hours enjoying the night sky and morning views. The place has everything you need. The quality and standards of the location are great. The dishes, silverware, appliances, makes the stay an easy and great experience. The outside pool is great an is surrounded by acres of Bermuda grass. Great for yoga or walk barefoot. We highly recommend staying here. Only wish we had more time. See you next year for sure!

Great Stay. Perfect location

Location, location, location. I searched for places in Kaanapali, Kapalua and Wailea, but I'm glad we found this place in Kihei. It is so close to one of the top beaches on the island as per "Maui Revealed" book and app (and we explored 8 other beadhes and liked ours the best... it's called Keawakapu Beach) and the snorkeling directly out front of the condo was amazing. You can rent kayaks or stand up paddle boards from the condo complex right next door. It is a corner unit so the views are wonderful. You are 7 minutes from Wailea, 2 minutes from downtown Kihei with good restaurants and shopping, 30-35 mins from Lahaina and a tad longer to Kaanapali. It's a good location to explore the island. We did hiking to the Nakalele blowhole via the Acid war zone (as per the app), the Kapalua Coastal hike, La Perouse snorkel and hike, Wailea coastal walk, Paia and Hookipa Beach lookout. Pros: Kitchen is fully stocked. The property manager responded to a fix-it item very quickly. They have stocked in the unit fins, snorkels, boogie boards and 2 beach chairs!! The showers are great. But the best is the location near the beach. Opposite the beach on the condo property is a HUGE groomed grass area to play bocce ball, shuffle board, etc. that is part of the condo property. Good grilling areas as well. There are 3 flat screen TVs in this unit. When we were there brand new patio furniture was delivered for the condo's balcony. The sunset views are incredible. The owner was very responsive and professional and easy to work with. Out of all the units on this property I would pick 401 as the best in regards to size and views. Cons: There is no AC. This is not a deal-breaker as there are trade-winds that blow through as you open up the windows and large screen door and turn on all the ceiling fans, but if you absolutely must have AC then it might not be a fit. Also the mattress in the master needs to be upgraded. Sounds like I'm the "princess and the pea" but it had a bit of "hammocking" going on. A small issue. My wife and I still slept well as we fell asleep to the sound of the waves 50' away which was amazing. But a new mattress would be my suggestion. Overall we would definitely go back again. Great island, perfect location. The best part was each morning to sip cup of Hawaiian coffee on the balcony watching whales, kayakers, snorkelers, runners on a running trail, and boats. Evenings are of course beautiful sunsets right from your balcony. Mahalo!

Dont know how we got so lucky to be able to stay in this beautiful property. It’s breathtaking once you even drive onto the property. Views, amazing. Turtle views from your lanai. Amazing. Close to food, beaches, everything! Stayed for a short notice honeymoon, I don’t think any other stay or property can compare. We loved this property, are so grateful for it. And hope one day we can return. MAHALO from the bottom of our hearts!

Amazing view

This property is something extraordinary! Pictures don’t do justice at all with the view . View is 100 times better with real eyes . Apartment was in great condition. Building has pool , amazing sunset view , bbq grill and honestly we could see turtles floating from our balcony unit . If you go to Maui and looking for peaceful place to relax (soemthing less crowded) - you must grab this unit. Cherry on top - this unit on 4th floor and literally right above ocean. We can hear amazing/clear waves sound entire time which was more of the best experience for us! Only one recommendation was - Larry needs to improve or find out a better way to communicate with customers . We do receive emails from him for eveyrhing but I would still prefer direct text /call communication to make journey more smoother . But other than that I would love to be at this place again and again mainly because view of this unit is breathtaking! Every minute was worth spending ! We ll come back again . Aloha !

Love this place!

I’ve stayed in this building multiple times but this was the first time getting a two bedroom unit. And by far this will be my favorite unit. I will return to this one again and again. It has literally everything you can ask for.

Sharon and I absolutely love the Kihei Surfside! We started by purchasing a one bed, one bath unit, then were able to buy a one bed one and half bath unit, and now are thrilled to be able to purchase one the very high demand ocean end, two bedroom two bath units.

Larry and Sharon Rosenberg are businesspeople from Vancouver, Canada. We started coming to the Kihei Surfside on our honeymoon in 1983. We loved it so much we returned every year. We feel very fortunate to be owners at the Kihei Surfside. The Surfside is a special place - our favorite on earth - and we enjoy helping first timers discover this magical place! We plan to spend our winters at the Surfside once we retire.The building has the best location. Unlike almost all of the other oceanfront properties in Kihei, the Surfside is set back from S. Kihei Rd., and is located on the north end of Keawakapu Beach, the nicest beach we have ever seen - voted Maui's Most Romantic beach!

The property is located right at the north end of world famous Keawakapu Beach. It is one of the finest white sand beaches anywhere. It stretches for miles past some of the most expensive homes and hotels in all of Maui. Great for walking or running. There is a reef right at our property that has the most amazing snorkeling we have seen anywhere. Unlike most other oceanfront properties in Kihei, the Surfside is perched right on the sea shore, set back several hundred feet from S. Kihei Road, so you hear the ocean, not the road noise. The complex has two high end stainless steel barbeques and picnic tables right at the ocean. Almost every night, we use the barbeque and eat our dinner at the oceanfront lit by tiki torches.
