Lovely place as depicted in photos and comments. The lanai is not quite private as it appears in photos but still lovely! Well appointed kitchen, bath, and beach amenities. Bed was really comfy!

Excellent stay

Girlfriend and I had a great time at this place. Beautiful views, very clean, well appointed, a short drive from most anything you'd like to do in Maui, groceries and restaurants nearby, easy check in and friendly staff. Would definitely stay again!

Kihei Beach Condo

The condo was very nice. The king bed was awesome. I was disappointed that the unit did not have a washer/dryer in it. The patio chairs and table could be a lot more comfortable. Everything else was good.

Wonderful stay!

We came here for our honeymoon and the accommodations were perfect. The view was incredible, kitchen had everything we needed and unit was very clean. The resort’s customer service was outstanding, and I know if we needed anything they would be quick to help. Would stay here again!

A very enjoyable stay

The location was perfect for us - a bit north of the town but convenient with a store and bakery across the street. The condo had everything we needed; actually more than we needed. The sound of the waves just outside was healing. Watched the canoe club practicing in the morning. And the walk along the beach was peaceful. We didn't use the pool but took advantage of the reclining chairs on the lawn for afternoon reading. It was the relaxing vacation we needed.

After exploring the whole island… this is definitely the place to stay!!!! Everything is nearby. This place had absolutely everything! Not always the case with some stays. Most definitely would stay again.

This property is very nice, very clean, updated and taken care of. we will be back soon... to stay here again in #406. The view is breath taking and sugar beach is one of a kind. The area is very safe, and close to everything- shopping, dining, sight-seeing,etc.

Great ocean, mountain and beach views

enjoyed out time on Maui. Centrally located on the island so was easy to visit all the places we wanted to see like Haleakala crater, road to Hana, and the NW coast and the beaches to the south. Beach was pretty private and great pool and grassy area to hang out and relax. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the morning and watching the canoe crews practicing. We enjoyed traveling to other parts of the island for body surfing and boogie boarding and snorkeling. Condo was quiet with and very relaxing. Just remember to bring your ear plugs if you're a light sleeeper as the roosters do wake up early! Great time.

Beautiful Views

We had a wonderful time in Maui. This condo was exactly as listed. Very quiet area, the views from the balcony are stunning. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony every morning and evening. The kitchen is wonderful, everything we needed was there. It was very clean when we arrived. There is no management on site after 1pm and on weekends, which makes it difficult if any questions arise. The book in the condo did not have accurate information as to the codes for the pool or the laundry but we were able to get them quickly. The laundry room is old and extremely small. It would be nice if this condo had a washer and dryer. We would definitely stay here again. This condo sits directly on the beach which is exactly what we wanted.

Amazing views, great location

From the moment we entered the condo, we knew we would be happy. The large patio doors open up to the ocean/ beach view. Loved the fact that this condo's lanai was open on the north west side, offering a better view of the beach. The kitchen is very well equipped with all the necessary cooking tools. They even provide dishwashing soap ,laundry pods and spices. There is a farmers market across the street as well as a convinience store (ABC) , bakery( you must go there for the masaladas! ) as well as a Hawaiian shaved iced location that was constantly busy. Having 2 bathrooms was a bonus. The bed was comfortable and the large closet was packed with lots of hangers, something you don't get even in a hotel! They also provide lots of bath towels, 2 beach towels, beach chairs and small cooler. If you love walking the beach, this is the spot for you. I would definitely recommend this condo, we had a fantastic time.

Nice Condo, but..

The condo is very nice, right on the beach with beautiful views. Mostly "older" people. Check in time is 4:00. Before our trip the management company wanted our flight information and time of arrival so we had hoped for a little earlier check-in time but that didn't happen. Across the street there is a small farmers market, a ABC store, coffee shop & small gift shop. If you are hoping for activity I suggest you stay in town if you don't want to rent a car. If you walk down the beach a little ways there is a place called Dina's Sandwitch. Its a smaller place but the people are very friendly, and the sandwiches and drinks are great. It's the only night life we were able to find without going to town. Lastly, I will add, the picture posted of the lanai is deceiving. It appears it is the end condo but it isn't. You have a neighbor across, above and below with zero privacy. If you're looking for a quiet, relaxing place this would be perfect for you.

Good central location, on a beach

Clean, we'll equipped kitchenette, two bathrooms, smaller than it looks in the pictures, reasonable Lanai (balcony). Beach is long and walkable but narrow right by the building. Surf allows swimming though water is not very clear. Parking, Internet, air conditioning, and cable were all fine. Centrally located although everything is a drive. Good value for the price on Maui.

Wir haben diese Wohnung gemietet aufgrund der Bilder und Objektbeschreibung und haben in der Tat alles so vorgefunden wie beschrieben. Ideal geeignet für 2 Personen, jeder dann sogar mit eigenem Bad. Die Balkonlage ist ein Traum - ehrlich. Für die 8 Nächte hatten wir immer den selben Rhythmus: - 6:45 Uhr auf dem Balkon, Tasse Kaffee und den Sonnenaufgang erwarten (kommt von hinten, aus dem Osten, daher traumhaftes Lichtspiel, aber bitte nicht direkte Sonnensicht erwarten) - den hawaiianischen Kanufahrern beim Frühsport zuschauen - Schach ließen der Strandspaziergang, Wohnung liegt ja direkt am Beach Und dann Start in den Tag und Ausflüge. Da sich die Wohnung in Kihei befindet, somit zwischen den beiden Gebirgsketten der Insel Maui, ideal geeignet für Tagesausflüge - Road To Hana (unbedingt) - Haleakala Krater (unbedingt, vorher Ticket ergattern für den Sonnenaufgang über den Wolken) - Lahaina und die Westküste - Big Beach und der Südwesten - … Immer wieder wert und eine Empfehlung bei der Lage …

This place checked all the boxes

Everything was perfect. The kitchen was fully equipped, right down to saran wrap! Lots of fresh towel, great view, spacious great room, comfortable mattress and across the street from a convenience store and farmers market. We were perfectly content. We had wonderful communication with the property manager. I was even surprised with a balloon and chocolates for my birthday celebration!

As advertised with some nice extras

The property was as advertised. Very clean, right on the beach with a very nice pool. View from the patio/lanai could not have been better. Plenty of chaise lounges on the lawn/pool for sun bathing. They had some beach chairs and a small cooler to take to the beach with us which was a really nice extra. And the use of the grilles came in handy for grilling some fresh local fish. Plus the farmers market, ABC store, and a great little bakery were right across the street with a number of stores a short drive away.

Great place to stay on Sugar Beach

Last year we fell in love with Kihei, but we weren't happy with our condo. We walked up and down the beach and saw this complex and wanted to try it this year. We were not disappointed. In addition to the perfect spot on the beach and convenient location in Kihei, it is right across from the bakery, ABC store, and a farmers market. Lots of parking too. The condo was perfect. I loved that the bathrooms were identical and had walk-in showers. The kitchen was well equipped and had lots to counter space. The mattress in the bedroom was so comfortable that I swear I had the best sleep ever in Hawaii! Even though the bedroom is in the back on the street side, we could still hear the ocean, and there was very little street noise. The laundry rooms are on the 3rd and 5th floors, not far from this condo. I was impressed that the rental agent met us at the condo, and was there to show us around and answer any questions we had. We will be back next year!
