My experience with this property stopped being good the moment I booked it. I regret choosing this property and having to deal with its property management company. Below I’ll explain why:
The property management company messaged me 3 hours before checking in, while on-route to a new city in a foreign country, that the apartment I booked was no longer available due to the previous occupants having broken the shower. They told me that they had an alternate apartment available “right next to the first place” and that it was just as good an option. Since my hands were tied and they presented a solution, I accepted.
We were supposed to be met by someone from the company to ensure we got into the new location okay, and provided with instructions to open the lockbox. I was contacted by another individual, who shortly after proceeded to say they couldn’t help us anymore to get in. At this point my wife and I were about 30 minutes from Padua.
We had to park illegally for a short period of time as there was absolutely nowhere to park. I was in a rental car so already nervous about the situation. We tried repeatedly before parking to contact the property management company. Subito Santo, for help and directions to parking. Alice, the representative I spoke with from this company, was useless with any help, only directing me to a nearby parking garage where nobody spoke english.
The unit was a shoebox, and the entire place smelled terribly. In short, I never stayed at this unit.
