Villa Luna Smeralda is built on a single level with an adjoining annexe and covered parking with ample outdoor spaces, a view that sweeps over the horizon, and is surrounded by a majestic garden with lawn, olive trees and lush palm trees, surrounded by covered verandas and an outdoor barbecue, just 4 km from the city centre.
The villa is ideal for 8 adults and 1 child in a cot.

The residence is ideal for families, groups of friends looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday in a prestigious setting.

The interior of the Villa
The fully equipped kitchen contains a fridge/freezer, hob with 4 burners, oven, dishwasher and washing machine. Living room with sofas, local satellite TV, CD player and radio, free Wifi and fireplace.
Villa Luna has 3 double bedrooms, one of which has a private bathroom, two bathrooms equipped with showers. The villa comfortably accommodates 6 people.
The villa has air conditioning, which can be used for heating in winter and to keep the house cool in summer.

The villa has a wonderful annex with a double bed, living room and bathroom with shower and is rented from 7 guests. For groups of less than 7 people it is' possible to rent Villa with the annex, at extra daily cost and about this, please contact us in advance.
The villa is equipped with air conditioning, which can be used for heating in winter and to keep the house cool in summer.

Outside the Villa
In the large garden surrounding the villa there is a fabulous infinity pool (8mx7m - 130/ 280cm deep) in a beautiful turquoise colour with sun loungers and parasols. The pool has a depth of 2.80 metres at its deepest point, a complete barbecue area and a covered terrace (pergola).
Racquet enthusiasts will have a new opportunity to challenge themselves, play and have fun while on holiday. TouchTennis combines the benefits and fun of tennis with easier learning and play. It is ideal for the less experienced, but can also be played at more advanced levels, practised on a court similar to a tennis court but smaller in size and practised against a wall.
The pool is open from late May to mid-October (or at the end of October subject to weather conditions)
