Cottage Asaje offers you the opportunity to spend your vacation in a romantic and relaxing environment, surrounded by nature and the beauty of the island.

Located only 800 meters as the crow flies from the sea, this residence offers everything you need for an escape from daily stress.

On the ground floor, you will find a charming dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The open-plan living area features a double bed and a bathroom.
On the upper floor, overlooking the living area, there is a double bedroom with a small terrace offering sea views and panoramic scenery.
The second sleeping area, also located on the upper floor and without a fully enclosed entrance door, consists of a mezzanine double bedroom overlooking the lounge.
The outdoor area of the dependance includes a covered and furnished porch, as well as a private swimming pool with modest dimensions and shallow water depth, for exclusive use.

You can enjoy your own private pool and gazebo in the garden, while its shade will allow you to dine al fresco by the pool.

The kitchen is fully equipped and the living area is perfect for relaxing with your friends. Air conditioning is located only on ground floor.

La Sardaigne est une belle découverte

Accueil chaleureux dans une ancienne maison sarde typique et confortable. Beaucoup de charme. Très bon emplacement, à dix minutes de voiture d’Alghero , station balnéaire très agréable à découvrir. Il faut une voiture pour aller à la plage mais il y a une petite piscine dans le jardin Un barbecue permet de déguster des grillades à l’ombre de la tonnelle Nous remercions Giulio pour son accueil sympathique Nous recommandons cette petite maison sarde entre mer et campagne

Immersi nella storia della Sardegna

Io e i miei genitori abbiamo soggiornato a Villa Asaje, che consiglio a tutte le persone che vogliono fare un esperienza in un contesto che rappresenta appieno la cultura e le tradizioni dell’isola. Un grazie speciale a Carmelo per averci fatto trovare la casa in ottime condizioni e per averci regalato dei dolci tipici e una bottiglia di vino. Un abbraccio nella speranza di ritornare presto per godere dei magnifici tramonti in piscina

The plus: Nice traditional Sardinian house with a small swimming pool and a pleasant awning. Five minutes drive from Alghero town centre. Good responsiveness of the manager and the owner. Un posto tranquillo (a very quite place)

We had a very nice stay ! The home has thick walls, which allow to keep an inner temperature 8-10 degrees below the extranal one. Not bad while we had 38-40 every day. The swimming pool is fully operational, and is a good alternative (if needed) to the seaside. What is amazing is the cicadas concert which starts in the early morning. This is the real brand of the sardinian countryside. The car parking is a big one and under the screening shadow of the branches. In the neighboring municipality of Villanova (a few Km from the house) Poglina is one of the few but beautyful sandy stretches. Otherwise the coast is made of cliffs. It could be difficult for little kids to walk safely there. However we have found very nice beaches in Alghero itself, along the seafront promenade. Last but not least, the support by the house owners has been very friendly and quick all time. It has been a great vacation in a place, where only the nature is capable to deliver a great and resting pleasure.

Presque parfait

La villa était vraiment très agréable et parfaite pour des vacances. Idéalement situé de la ville d’Alghero et de la plage spiaggia speranza. Le barbecue nous a offert de très belles grillades. La piscine a énormément plus aux enfants même si elle était un peu petite. Elle nous a permis de passer de très belles vacances. Par contre, il convient d’apporter des petites précisions sur les différents points noirs. Certains éléments du descriptif était absent comme le lave vaisselle, le micro onde ou le savon. Même si le propriétaire nous a assuré que cela allait être régler, il était impossible d’utiliser le four ou le grill. Aucune grille ni plaque à l’intérieur. Pour ce qui est de la connection wi-fi. Elle était trop faible, voir inexistante pendant presque tout le séjour. Lorsque l’on paye une villa avec un tel tarif, nous sommes en droit de s’attendre à ce que cela soit proche de la perfection. Entre une location de villa et une réservation dans un hôtel 4 étoiles, il y a une très faible différence de prix, sauf que dans un hôtel 4 étoiles, le service est impeccable.

Lovely Villa

We really enjoyed our stay, the Villa was perfect for us ( a family of 4). A really charming property. The location is great, close to a beach on near beautiful coastline as well as the lovely old town of Alghero. The owners and agency were extremely helpful and polite. Whilst they were prompt in answering our questions and needs. I recommend a Villa & area manual for future visitors.

le calme avant tout

nous avons passé un très bon séjour, les propriétaires sont très accueillants, ils nous aidés à ce que tout se passe bien, on les remercie pour leur attention qu'ils prêtent au confort de leurs hôtes. si je dois faire une remarque importante, c'est dans votre annonce "à quelques mètres de la mer" au bout de 20 minutes à pieds j'ai fait demi tour...ce n'est pas bien de vendre cette option car nous avons l'habitude de louer une maison proche de la côte ou d'une plage proche, mais ce n'était pas le cas. ah oui, si l'on vend aussi l'option du wifi il doit y etre réellement car quand vous devez travaillez c'est mieux;)

I cannot recommend this Villa too highly. A lovely cool house, with a fabulous garden and swimming pool. The location is perfect for exploring Alghero, but at the same time having peace and quiet. Maria, the host, is very well organised with all communication answered immediately. She also gave excellent recommendations for things to do. One of the best holidays we have ever had. Thank you

Lovely villa just south of Alghero and the stunning coral coast

We stayed one week at the villa and thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and some local cookies. Much appreciated! The villa has been very tastefully furnished and although there is no air con the building was cool even though it was 30C outside! We had most meals in the lovely covered outside dining area and got the bbq going one night! We personally found the jacuzzi unappealing since the surrounding coastline has some wonderful beaches and clear turquiose blue sea to swim in. The owners son speaks very good english and was always contactable for any information needed. We initially found the property hard to find, since our phone app didn't accept the co-ordinates and would suggest a photo of the entrance could be given to visitors. it is also situated after the 4km marker not at 3.5 so this was a bit confusing, but thankfully a kind and generous local helped us out. It is a great location to explore the Alghero area, Cappa Caccia and not too far for a trip to Bosa. We really enjoyed Sardinia and will return one day.

Wonderful stay just five minutes from the beautiful beach

We had a nice stay. Very close to the beach of Speranza. We used the traditional fireplace / bbq almost every night. Breakfast under the terrace in the morning was fantastic. House was clean and the owner very friendly. Giulio's place is really amazing. It was exactly what we were looking for. I would recommend it to everyone and would love to come back there one more time.
