This fantastic town house is located right in the heart of York city centre, on a quiet street, so you have the best of both worlds - easy access to everything in our historic city with peace and quiet when you want it.
Full of character and arranged over 4 floors, the kitchen and dining area is in the basement, with living space on the ground floor, and the bedrooms on the 1st and 2nd floors. There is a master bedroom with changing room and ensuite bathroom on the 1st floor, and a double and twin on the 2nd floor, sharing a shower room (the twin room has zip and link beds to present as a twin or a super-king on request).
The kitchen/dining room is well fitted, with an american style fridge-freezer, and Aga, and also a washer dryer in the utility room. Dining area will sit 6 comfortably. The living room spread over the front and back of the ground floor opens out to the rear yard space through french doors with outside seating.
Packed with oodles of character, this is the ideal house for family breaks or groups of friends getting together to explore the city. Please note there is no parking with this house, but there are a number of car parks less than 5 minutes walk away.
