Please note, renting the whole property about 1000 sqm (8 apartments) with exclusivity , you'll have 17 separate bedrooms and 9 bathrooms at your disposal suitable from 20 up to 35-40 people.
In May and September we may also offer an additional discount on 7 nights stays.

Who We Are: a Medieval Guest House in an ideal position to reach the major Tuscan cities of arts. It is located on a Hill in the municipality of Vinci (where Leonardo was born) just 3 km from the town where you can find shops of all kinds.
Our charming villa is all in the original barestone, standing on a top of a hill with a superb view and a peaceful landscape. It is surrounded by olive trees, and it's only 20 minutes away from Florence. It is in an ideal position to reach Pisa, San Gimignano, Siena, Lucca, Pistoia, which are reachable in less than 1 hour.

Our position is much regarded from tourists who love to visit cities and Medieval villages of the Chianti area, because we're just 6 km from the Firenze-Pisa-Livorno which is a big highway that allows everybody to move quickly in Tuscany.

The quietness of the countryside all around, the flower garden, the fine restoration of the villa in full respect of the original architecture, the swimming pool and jacuzzi with sun beds in the open air, and a large patio arcade part of an ancient building with a wonderful view on the Tower of Vinci, together with the courtesy of the owner, will surely give you unforgettable Tuscan style memories.
