Warm peaceful studio in the heart of Chelsea - just 3 minutes walk from South Kensington tube (metro) station. Very quiet off street safe location. Lots of nice local shops, cafes and restaurants.

Recently refurbished, new bathroom, new furniture. Super comfortable King size bed, excellent mattress. Two single duvets, luxury linen - 1000 thread count Egyptian cotton, feather pillows..

Enjoy London's Royal Kensington & Chelsea areas. Close to everything, making your London getaway a pleasure.

Guest access: The entire apartment and all rooms. I do not have any personal possessions there, everything is for guests use.

Quiet residential area, off street, private and secure.
Lots of cafes, restaurants and shops.
3 minutes to South Kensington tube station.

It is a great location and gave us everything that we wanted. A lot less expensive than a hotel. Manager was immediately available when we needed him. Used to live in the area and it felt very safe and convenient to everything we needed.

Cute place. The gardens in the couryard are lovely - and residents happy to share herbs and vegetables. The bed in the room is advertised as a King, but it was more of a large Double or small Queen bed.

Communication from the owner was excellent, reassuring us with clear instructions as to how to access the property. It is easier than it sounds! For a four-night stay, the place was fine. The choice of teas and coffees was extensive and very welcome. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bathroom was great, though the shower was forceful. The flightpath overhead could be noisy early in the morning, though the estate itself was quiet. Two things that would improve the comfort: more supportive pillows (they are past their best) and two straight chairs that were cushioned. Otherwise, a good stay.

Incredible location

What a great quaint accommodation!

Loved this place, which was exactly how it is described in the advertisement. A perfect place to rest after a day of seeing the London and Windsor sites. Easy walking access to the underground, bus stops and local restaurants, bakeries, pubs, etc. Property management was excellent with responses to inquiries, etc. A great stay.

Well located and quiet

We stayed here as a central location for exploring areas of London we knew 50 years ago. Great for tube and bus access and for walks through. Chelsea and South Ken. Very quiet and comfortable.

We found this property to be exactly as described and shown. The best thing that we didn't expect were the excellent public transport connections. I thought the Underground would be most handy but busses everywhere were very nearby.

Location, location, location! Comfortable place, in a great neighborhood. Would be more welcoming/easier if the host left written directions/information about the neighborhood, use of some appliances, location of rubbish bins, etc.

Perfect location, small but functional space

This location was perfect for us, central to many attractions and easy transportation. Cute neighborhood with lots of shops & restaurants. The space itself is small and lacks comfortable seating (there is a bed and 2 plastic chairs). The bathroom is renovated but smells a little musty. The apartment overall needs a deep clean and possibly lighter-weight linens and more towels.overall enjoyable stay.

Perfect central Chelsea apartment!

This is a really brilliant location for theatres and museums and the main sites like Hyde Park and London Eye. Checkin was very easy and the host is helpful. The apartment is beautifully done up and has everything I needed: desk, shampoo and towels, cooking essentials etc. Can’t think of anything that could have been improved. 5mins walk from South Kensington station, which was 45mins from Heathrow Airport direct on the underground. Great stay.

Mins from shopping centers

I had an excellent experience during my recent trip to London. The property I stayed in had a perfect location near popular attractions like Hyde Park, the London Eye, theaters, and museums. I enjoyed strolling through the park and was impressed by the talent of the performers in the nearby theaters. The property was spacious, clean, and had all necessary amenities. The owner was also responsive and made the check-in and check-out process very easy. I highly recommend this property as a comfortable and convenient base for exploring London.

Great place to stay close to Tube

Thank you for a wonderful few days in London. Great location in London for getting around. We used the tube close by and the Thames Clipper which was just a 10 minute walk away. The bed is not a King according to Canadian sizes. Larger than a double, about a Queen size. Would have liked a blind on the front door window for a little more privacy. A box of Kleenex would have been appreciated. Kitchen had everything we needed. The shower drain was full of hair which was a little nasty and made the water drain slowly. But everything else seem good.

Great location

Spent 4 days. Great location, easy access to tube. Lots of restaurants. Upon arriving from US after grueling travel, electronic entry was not working probably due to either Internet or power outage. No backup plan, so had to wait 40 mins for someone to let us in and restart system. All worked well after that. Great kitchen, thankful for coffee pods. Nowhere to use blow-dryer, had to scrounge up an extension. Extremely cramped bathroom with weirdly loud creaky toilet seat. Good water heat and pressure.Thank goodness for fan or we would've been out. Immediate Pond Community under reno, will be nicer in a couple years, I imagine. Good bargain for younger folks but not perfect for us "seniors" 😏 good communication with owner.

Packs a lot into a small space

The host packs a lot into this 275 sq ft studio. The flat is clean, warm, and cozy. The neighborhood is one of the best and safest in London. The entrance to the flat is far off the street but very well-lit. There is some renovation underway on the facade of the building, so some construction equipment and mess is visible. The bed is a UK king which is equivalent to a US queen. Linens and duvets were very high-quality but we would have appreciated more than the two provided bath towels for a week-long stay for two people. Bathroom is newly refurbished but the toilet seat, as another guest noted, does not fit and needs to be replaced. The heated towel bar was delightful. Hot water was fast and plentiful. The Nest thermostat was easy to adjust. The kitchen is modern and has everything needed to prepare a light breakfast or lunch. We would have appreciated some printed guidance in the flat on the use of the door locks, washer/dryer, and internet password, but the lovely cleaner who was there when we arrived early explained everything clearly. The host was very accommodating to our need to drop our luggage off early and was always very prompt to respond to questions by text. Overall: This flat allowed us to stay comfortably in a lovely part of London, convenient to everything, at a very good price.

Chelsea Apartment

Very small apartment but well equipped. It worked for a few days as a single, for 2 you'd need to be very compatible. That being said, I found they had thought of everything in an efficient, uncluttered manner. It was nice they provide the laundry detergent and other cleaners, dishwashing soap etc. Also body wash in shower, toilet paper... The kitchen had spices, olive oil, tea and coffee. There were extra pillows etc. The bed was comfortable. Host was very responsive to queries. I had to sign into the WiFi provided (from the outside) to use the Klevio ap I had to download to unlock the outside hallway door electronically and then the door to the apartment as well. Once inside, there were keys available, so you didn't have to mess with that again. The ap opening to the apartment door was a little tricky but I managed it after a few tries. I'd not recommend for a single female if you are at all wary. The entrance into the place is a little sketchy, kind of dark with a locked outdoor hallway leading to this ground floor apartment. If I had come in at night, it would have freaked me out. Once out on the main road, it's a bustling area with restaurants and shops close by & I felt safe. Public transport is very accessible, although I walked most places on my own, including the Apollo theater to see Wicked, and the Tate Modern Museum- a good long haul! I enjoyed my stay, but knowing what I know now would probably not return, being a single female.
