Casa Ginepro is a cozy and welcoming independent house located in the center of Positano. It sleeps three people. It is approximately 60 square meters (645 square feet). It features a private terrace, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in the center of Positano, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the stop for the Flavio Gioia bus Positano - Praiano line a few meters (feet) away and the closest beach (Spiaggia Grande di Positano) at roughly 600 meters (660 yards).
You will reach Casa Ginepro from the street level going up a short route that includes approximately 160 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Casa Ginepro. If you do have one, you will be able to park it nearby, for a fee, in a public parking lot (being the lot a public one, parking spaces can not be reserved) or in a private parking lot (where a space can be reserved). Terrace
The terrace is 15 square meters (160 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a retractable awning. It is equipped with a table, chairs, a deck chair and a sun lounger. From the terrace you will enjoy a charming view of the valley.

Living Room
The living room is paved with lucid sky-blue majolica tiles. The furnishings are simple and comfortable, and include a sofa and a divan bed for one guest. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the through a corridor. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the alleyway at the rear of the house.
Bedroom
You will be able to enter the bedroom living room through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window.
Bathroom
The bathroom is tiled with lucid white and blue majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the through a corridor.
