Beautiful Villa, big pool, overlooking valley, walking distance to town.

Character villa with several layers on a ridge. Villa in good condition, wood parquet flooring upstairs, high ceiling in the lounge, downstairs marble flooring, large windows and three French doors downstairs opening to the balcony. All the bedrooms have their own private bathroom and toilet. Air con in every bedroom, and also in the main lounge. Wonderful view from the breakfast balcony over the valley. The pool is 6x12m in size, large for a private pool. The house is surrounded with mature gardens. All the services in town are within walking distance: boulangerie, tabac, small supermarket, restaurants and a bar, pizzeria, art gallery, pharmacy etc. Please note that our changeover day is always Saturday, one or two week rentals. Sleeping capacity is normally for 6 people. Exceptionally with prior agreement for 8 people when an additional bedroom in the annex wing of the house is used. There is extra fee for the additional bedroom.

Wir haben uns in diesem tollen Haus, mit vielen liebevollen Details dekoriert, äußerst wohl gefühlt. Wir wurden sehr freundlich beim Check-in empfangen und alles war sauber und reichhaltig ausgestattet. Besonders der riesengroße Pool ist hervorzuheben, in welchem wir als Familie Spaß und Abkühlung hatten. Die beiden Parkplätze auf dem eingezäunten Grundstück haben uns ein sicheres Gefühl gegeben und die Tischtennisplatte wurde von uns sportlich genutzt. Vielen lieben Dank an die Gastgeber und von uns eine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung. Noch hervorzuheben ist der Ort Seillans, welchen man fußläufig super erkunden kann und welcher sehr gepflegt und gemütlich ist. Wir haben hier ein tolles Fotoshooting abgehalten.

Fantastic pool, lovely balcony overlooking pool and nice spot to have lunch etc. Aircon in all the bedrooms although the Annex Aircon doesn't quite reach the bedroom so can be a little warm in summer, mesh on the windows helps for having windows open at night. BBQ and full kitchen with dishwasher. Nice setting with a lovely view and owners are very helpful with great communication

Calme et paisible

Nous avons passé 15 jours en famille dans cette jolie maison avec une vue incroyable. La maison offrait toutes les commodités et de beaux volumes , la piscine grande et bien située .. un véritable confort L’accueil a été chaleureux et à la moindre demande Mouna ou le propriétaire étaient réactifs et très gentils le village de Seillans une petite merveille ! Je vous la recommande Petit point à améliorer : pensez à changer vos chaises longues et leurs matelas qui étaient fort usagés et qui laissaient beaucoup de traces jaunes . C’est le seul point négatif que je pourrais dire mais qui n’a en rien gâché nos vacances .

Dejligt beliggende feriehus

Vi havde dejlige 10 dage i huset, hvor vi særligt nød den smukke udsigt, den store pool og husets perfekte beliggenhed i forhold til landsbyen Seillans. Der er kort gå-afstand til landsbyens bager, cafe og dejlige restauranter samt små skønne kunsthandler. Derudover er der kun 20 minutters kørsel til en nærliggende badesø med mange vandaktiviteter og 45 minutters kørsel til shopping i Cannes. Det kan klart anbefales at booke ferie i dette dejlige hus.

Skønt hus i skøn beliggenhed

Vi nød vores ferie i denne perle i fulde drag. Huset har alt, hvad man kan ønske sig (kun kaffemaskinen kunne være lidt større). Masser af plads indendørs og udendørs. Skønne terasser. Skøn beliggenhed i gå-afstand til den hyggelige by og stadig trukket væk i ro og fred. Aircon på alle soveværelser gjorde at hedebølgen ikke var slem for os. Stor, lækker pool med godt udstyr - solvogne, borde og stole under et halvtag, så man kunne sidde i skygge. Bordtennisbordet blev brugt flittigt af alle og blev et dagligt højdepunkt. Eneste minus var de mange myg, men efter indkøb af anti-myggemidler - så husk at købe dette før ankomst! God kontakt til udlejer (Eric), der taler og skriver rigtig godt engelsk. Personen, der tog imod os talte derimod ikke et eneste ord engelsk, så det blev lidt en udfordring, men det gik. Her vil vi gerne tilbage til:-)

Magnifique séjour

Le séjour a été idyllique, la maison est idéalement située, le calme était au rendez vous. Rien ne manquait lors de notre séjour. Les personnes qui nous ont reçu ont été parfaites. Pour résumé nous reviendront avec grand plaisir.

Fantastic Holiday

We have had a great holiday in Seillans. Lovely villa with fantastic facilities in a great location. The owner Eric was great in terms of communication and responded quickly to any pre holiday questions. Very good experience !

Relaxing holiday in a charming medieval village

The House is nice, cosy, and very well equipped with everything we needed. Washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, gas barbecue are all there and function well. Verandah where we spent most of our time has right size and a beautiful view. The pool was our primary deciding factor due to it's size, our kids loved it. There is a small garden with ping-pong table. Bakery is 10 min walk, closest grocery store is couple a km on the other side of the village. The owner is very responsive, flexible and easy to communicate with - thanks for that! No downsides really, only that there is no evening sun (remark for the ones who want to take max out of it, for us did not matter). The pool has kid alert device, which can not be switched off and is causing false alarms - You also hear those frequently from other houses in the area. Overall - perfect vacation!!!

Serenity, stunning views, and a beautiful pool.

Three friends travelling together. We loved the location: A quiet retreat 10 minutes walk from Seillans village in the heart of Provence. It has lovely restaurants, bars, art galleries and a museum for Max Ernst. Eric meet us and showed us how the house worked. It was clean and well maintained. We had the groundsman as a contact if we needed anything. There are two bedrooms (1 room with twin beds) and a bathroom upstairs and a queen bedroom and ensuite downstairs. The kitchen, living room and terrace overlooked the hills and surrounding villages. We ate on the terrace at every meal we were there. There were many villages and markets to explore and we welcomed returning to spent time by the beautiful pool and watching the gliders cruise down the valley. Day trips to St Paul de Vence and St Tropez were highlights. Don't miss a visit to Terre Blanche Golf -Spa. There are a number of stairs to navigate which may be tricky for some. We all agreed that we would stay here again. Thank you Eric.

This area is truly wonderful, beautiful houses and gardens, the nature is spectacular, we have view over the valley, we can see gliders and birds soaring above us, the French Riviera is close with beaches and sailing boats, there are rivers and lakes, mountains, wine tasting, incredible restaurants, what else can you hope from a holiday...
