Azure Villa is a modern construction built in 2015 in a unique location with unobstructed view of Mykonos Town, the port and the island of Tinos.
The property has a private entrance and parking area.
The villa enjoys easy and short accessibility to popular destinations of the island as well as absolute privacy due to its position.
It is situated just a few minutes’ walk from the “Delfini” beach and 3 km from “Ornos” beach.

Azure Villa guarantees a comfortable stay for 6 people, it consists of 3 double ensuite bedrooms with king size, flat-screen TV, DVD player, soundbar, PlayStation, Wi-Fi internet connection, alarm system and air-conditioning.

Azure Villa is spread over 2 levels:

Pool Level

•1 Guest Studio in front of the pool with ensuite bathroom, and separate entrance
•Spacious and fully equipped kitchen
•Dining Area
•Spacious Living room with fireplace, TV, Playstation, and french doors with direct access to the pool area

Upper Level

•2 Master bedroom with Queen bed and ensuite bathroom

All bedrooms have safe-boxes. All bathrooms are equipped with hairdryers and body amenities.
In all bedrooms there are body and facial towels, bathrobes and slippers.

Outside, the villa features a swimming pool of 25m2 with salt water, with sun loungers, umbrellas and shower, with built-in barbeque, built-in sofas, and dining room with modern furnishings. In the outdoor area is found also a fully equipped gym.

Finally, with access from the outside there is a comfortable guesthouse for 2 people with bathroom, kitchenette and air conditioning.

Rental rules
A 50% of non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the arrival date.
Check-in time: 14:00
Check-out time: 11:00
Minimum stay: 3 nights, 5 nights in June and 1st half of Sept., 6 nights July and August.
A security deposit of 1.000 euros has to be paid in cash on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
