The Hayloft is just perfect for large family gatherings, or two to three families holidaying together. It has 6 en-suite bedrooms, with 100% cotton linen and towels provided in every room.

There are two communal living areas, one on the mezzanine floor and one around the log burning stove. The double height ceiling and sky lights make the property feel so spacious and light. There is under floor heating which keeps the Hayloft comfortably warm in the winter, as well as a cosy log burning stove.

There is a large central dining table which easily fits 12, perfecting for hosting family meals. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped.

The Hayloft has lovely views over the flower farm and across the hills of the Culm Valley. The sunsets are beautiful and dark skies at night offer great star watching. We are located in the heart of Devon with an abundance of local activities for young and old. We are also have easy access to the M5 and sandy beaches of South Devon can be reached within 30-35 minutes drive.

We try to be as green as possible. The hayloft has Solar panels for electric and hot water, we have an electric car charging point (We charge £50 per car per week for electric car charging), our water is supplied from our own bore hole.

Private walled garden, with BBQ, large outdoor table and on hot days in the Summer a paddling pool is provided for children (on Request)
Child friendly property -stair gates fitted, 2 cots and 2 high chairs available.
Large Games room for rainy days with table tennis, air hockey and darts, as well as books, puzzles CDs and games and toys for younger children.
Very close to activities such as DiggerLand and Bear Town, 30 minutes to beaches, fantastic local walks in the Blackdown hills as well as easy access to Exmoor and Dartmoor. Multiple nearby National Trust properties. Great area for mountain biking and cycling.
Walking distance to nice local Pub, “The Keepers Cottage” which does great Sunday Lunches.
