The villa was completed in 2007 with sea view , lavishly furnished with a 5X12 meters swimming pool. From December 2015 quests can chose to have the POOL HEATED THUS ENJOYING THEMSELVES IN WARM WATER UNDER THE SHINING MED SUN. Please note that there is an extra charge for the use of heated swimming pool of £70 per day. The garden with its facilities is very big and one of the best in the resort featuring 2 pergolas. One for BBQ and the other for relaxing.
The property is located in the best holiday resort in Cyprus. The golf club, restaurant and cafes will cater for your needs. Intercontinental Hotel (5 star) is part of the resort. For night life Limassol town is 25 minutes drive and Paphos 20 minutes.

The contemporary kitchen is designed in Italian wood and offers quality, modern appliances including an integrated dishwasher, electric oven with hob, microwave and American style fridge/freezer.
The master bedroom, situated on the ground floor, offers a king size bed, walk-in wardrobes and parquet flooring and a large en-suite bathroom with a bath with shower plus a separate shower cubicle, double vanity unit and a WC.
The second bedroom is just a few steps above the ground floor and features a double bed, fitted wardrobes and French doors which lead to the pool and patio area. The adjacent shower room features a single vanity sink, shower cubicle and a WC.
The third bedroom is just a few steps below the ground floor. It features two single beds, bedside table and wardrobes. This bedroom also has an en-suite marble bathroom with a shower cubicle, single vanity unit and a WC.
The ground floor also features a convenient guest cloakroom.
Outside the Villa, the landscaped gardens create a stunning backdrop for the large 5m x 10m private swimming pool* with Roman steps, a large lawned area ideal for children and a magnificent barbeque area complete with outdoor furniture - making this the ideal spot for dining alfresco!
