In fact, we also have to respond regarding the incident during your check-in. You got lost in Rome and started insulting the staff saying it was our fault and the unclear instructions to get to us. When you were shown the VRBO messages in which it was clear that you had taken the wrong train from the one indicated in the emails, you no longer responded. It is unacceptable for a guest to verbally attack members of our staff. We expect all guests to behave with respect and courtesy, as our staff works diligently to provide excellent service. Furthermore, this stay also encountered difficulties with your payment method and delay in finalizing the transaction.
