The apartment when entering has a long hallway leading through to two bedrooms, Main bathroom and a utility room with Washing Machine, ironing board etc.
The apartment has two bedrooms (1 x king, 1 x double). A main bathroom and an ensuite to the Master room.
Both rooms have USBc and Apple lightning cables pre- installed into the side tables. Both rooms have Smart TV's and complimentary Netflix and Amazon Prime. There is a chest of drawers in both rooms and the master benefits from a wardrobe.
Leading upstairs, you have a small office area ideal for anybody wishing to work from the apartment.
The kitchen is well equipped with electric fan oven, gas hob, fridge freezer, microwave, and built in dishwasher. The living area is complete with smart LED TV and free Wi-Fi, four seater dining chair and table, and 2 x two seater sofas for your comfort.
The apartment is furnished to a high specification and is fully equipped to accommodate up to 4 persons. The 5 star apartment has all that you would need to ensure a perfect break with board games, Freeview, Amazon and Netflix
The local park can be seen from the living room window and is a short walk. Truro city is a 15-20 min walk.
There is plenty to do whether you're a couple needing a chill out break, coastal walks, or a family with plenty of activities for children in and around the local area.
Outside there is free visitor parking and an allocated garage for parking for you to use.

STEPS: This apartment is located on the top floor and the building does not have a lift. From the carport there is 55 steps to the apartment front door. A side access ramp is available to the outer front door but still 33 internal steps until you reach the apartment front door.
