Modern Apartment close to the Beach - Corso 4 by AMALFIVACATION.IT

Al Corso 4 is our new brand apartment located in the center of the beautiful village of Minori, less than 2 minutes walking from the beach, ferries, excellent restaurants, cafès, grocery shops, etc.

The large open space forms the center of this unit and is surrounded by several rooms.
The living room, with a large sofa perfect for relaxing in front of the wall-mounted smart TV or enjoying the wifi and Hi-FI system.

There is also air conditioning and a balcony overlooking the characteristic main street in Minori.

The dining room with table and chairs (up to 6 people). The fully equipped kitchen and peninsula separate the living and cooking areas. Two bedrooms: a king-size and a queen-size bed (on request, we can provide 2 twin beds in each bedroom), and a sofa that converts to a double bed; the apartment sleeps a total of six guests. There are also two bathrooms with showers and mosaic tiling, and a laundry room with a sink, washer and dryer.

The apartment is located on the first floor (there is also a lift), and easily accessible (19 steps from the ground floor).

LOCATION

The position is perfect: just a few yards/meters from the beach, bus stop, and ferry.

A couple of minutes walking (also less) from grocery stores, shops, pharmacy, bars, and restaurants; the Taxi station is 2 minutes walking from the apartments.
Well-served by public transport, you can visit Amalfi, Positano, Ravello, and Capri by bus/boat.
The taxi station is 2 minutes walking from the apartment.

Pompei, Herculaneum, and Paestum are far 1h driving from Minori (but they are also reachable by public transport).

The rental period can start and finish any day (according to the availability).

Parking is chargeable and starts at a rate of Euro 25 per day and may vary based on vehicle size and period.

Confirmation Policy :

For the definitive confirmation of the reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the stay (+ service fee) is required at the moment of the booking, through HOMEAWAY/VRBO reservation system.

The balance will be paid on arrival.

Check-in: any day of the week from 2.30 PM to 8.30 PM.
For arrivals from 8.30 pm to 11.00 pm, an additional fee of €30 will be charged.
For arrivals AFTER 11.00 pm, the fee increases to €50.
Check-out (any day of the week) is by 10.00 AM.
A different time can be agreed, according to the availability.
