The bright & spacious apartment has 105 sqm, and it is located in the heart of the city, (6 to 10 minutes by walk to Plaza Catalunya, Ramblas, Raval, Mercat Sant Antoni, Gothic quarter and other trendy sights of the city).
Urgell metro station (Red Line -L1) and Aerobus stop for airport transfer are just 2 minutes away from the flat.
It is very comfortable for 7 people.
The apartment has 2 differentiated spaces with separate doors offering full privacy:
a) 1 large studio (1 double bed + sofa bed) with its own complete bathroom and kitchen
b) 2 double rooms apartment with dinning room, kitchen and complete bathroom.
Perfect layout for 2 families or group of friends with common and private spaces at the same time.

We have updated our cleaning, hygiene and disinfection protocols, taking every measure possible to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

● After every check-out, the whole apartment will be aired, cleaned and disinfected.

● All the products we use are recommended by experts and are the most effective disinfectants on the market.

● During the whole process, we pay special attention to the surfaces and objects that are most used or touched by guests and employees: light switches, door handles, remote controls, taps and keys ...

● Textiles/linens for personal use, such as towels and bed linens are washed at 60ºC on a special programme that lasts longer.

● For textiles such as rugs, sofás and curtains we use a disinfectant spray which is listed in the products approved by the Government of Spain.

● Our cleaning staff wear disposable masks and gloves. Hands must be washed when entering an apartment and after cleaning.

Extremely important, respect the neighbours. Under no circumstances, parties or loud music are not tolerated from 22:00.

The apartment has a fixed capacity of 9 guests. You’re not allowed to bring more people than the listed.
Bed linen and towels for in-house use only. Don't use them for outside activities.

The non fulfilment of any of the above points may result in expulsion from the apartment.


For Check In later than 20:00 it will be charged an extra fee of €20 euros and later than 00:00 an extra fee of €50 euros. check out is at 10:00

TOURIST TAX: All reservations will have a charge of €4 euros per person per night to be paid upon arrival. It is not included in the price. Children under 17 are exempt.
