Located in one of the most desirable areas in town, this property is tastefully decorated throughout and designed with comfort in mind.
It boasts a vibrant and fully equipped kitchen where you can whip up delicious meals for you and your loved ones and a beautifully decorated spacious living area that will assuredly be a restful place after a long day of exploring London. There are comfortable sofas and an open plan dining area.
The bedrooms are bright and airy - with a double-sized bed, fitted with high quality linen for an extra touch of luxury to guarantee a good night's rest. We also provide plush towels and hotel sized toiletries.
It will be the perfect base for you to enjoy a truly exceptional home away from home experience!
Our property is professionally cleaned before your arrival and is fitted with hotel quality linens and towels to provide the most comfortable experience possible.

Guests will have the entire apartment to themselves

Other things to note
* Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am.
* Please note that a minimum of £100 will be charged for lost or damaged keys - please be careful with them
*The full address will be provided prior to your check-in, together with the access details.
* The property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access.
* The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies.
*Mid-stay cleaning sessions/linen can be organised on request for additional charge
*We provide single-use toiletries for the first two day of your stay
*Our lovely neighbours have families and need to protect them so if there is any excessive noise or music at antisocial hours, we will be notified and so will the local council. Please be sure to respect this wonderful community of neighbours.

- Smoking at the property is not allowed
- Extra guests are not allowed
- Respect for neighbours is highly appreciated. Keep the noise down, especially after 10pm.
- Please use indoor shoes/slippers, if possible
- This is your home in London, please care for it as such
- Please make sure to lock the door and all the windows when leaving the property
- Babycot is available upon request, and an additional charge of £50 will apply if you were to hire
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
