The Cave Complex | A Terre Cave Villas

A Terre Cave Villas is a completely renovated complex of 19th century traditional houses, located in the heart of Finikia, a 15 min walk from the iconic Oia, which is famous for its stunning sunset, all around the world.
The Cave Complex consists of 3 traditional winemakers houses, renovated and equipped with all modern facilities offering its guests, moments of relaxation and tranquility. The unique traditional elements of the rooms will fascinate you, culminating in their vaulted ceiling.

The space
The Cave Complex is renovated in 2022 with attention to elegant simplicity and respect to the local style. It consists of Nykteri, Athiri and Assyrtiko Cave Villas which cover over 140 m2 and features 4 bedrooms equipped with king size beds, 3 living rooms designed with luxury in mind and 3 bathrooms with built-in showers. There is also a fully equipped kitchen area in one of the villas and 2 smaller kitchenettes, also fully equipped, in the other two villas. A dedicated work desk, a round king size bed and a cozy underground caved living room, carved into the hill add a note of formality and uniqueness to the Cave Complex.

The airy and sunny white-washed spaces are fitted with vaulted ceilings following the traditional architecture of Santorini and equipped with A/C for the warm summer days. The Cave Complex can host up to 10 guests if the built-in sofa beds, located in two of the living rooms, are used. The houses are equipped, among others, with a fully equipped Kitchen with Fridge, Dishwasher, 4 Ceramic Stoves, Full size Oven, Kettles, Toasters, Nespresso Machines, Drip Coffee Machines and Pans and Pots. Two smaller Kitchenettes are also available. Also, Flat Screen Smart TVs, Hairdryers, Toiletries and free WiFi are some of the general facilities. In case you need anything that we haven't thought of including, please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate you.

In one of its private outdoor lounge areas a brand new heated hot tub is waiting for you to enjoy the luxury. Under the fully bloomed pomegranate tree there is an outside marble table where you can enjoy your meals and your coffee. You can always grab a bottle of wine and walk up the stairs to choose between the two terraces where more seating areas awaits for you to enjoy the magnificent view of the nearby vineyards and the light reflections over the Aegean Sea.

Lastly, and because breakfast is the most important meal of the day, necessary ingredients like Rusks, Jams, Greek Honey, Butter, Coffee, Musli and Seasonal Fruits are provided.

Guest access
The property is just a short 3 minute walk from the entrance of Finikia village which is also the nearest free parking area and the drop off point in case you are using our private transfer service.

The flexibility of self-check-in facilitated by a dedicated lockbox with a digital guide, allows guests to arrive at their convenience without worrying about time constraints. This convenience is especially valuable for travellers with varying schedules or those arriving late in the evening. A digital guide including the exact location point, your personal lockbox code and basic house manual will be sent to you before your arrival.
