Wonderful stay

Easy to book and great communication with the lovely host Eleni. Eleni provided a warm welcome and had great suggestions of things to see and do. The villa is very comfortable and the delicious breakfast made to order very day was a treat.

Perfect stay for a family of four. Exactly as expected. Great host. Breakfast on the top balcony is priceless. If you want to get around to see the entire island easily, this is the best central location you can find.

Beautiful views, immaculately clean, and top notch service

We spent a relaxing and memorable week in July at Villa Paradiso. The floor plan was perfect for our family of 4, and the plunge pool was most welcome particularly during the day. From start to finish, Elena and the entire staff were attentive, professional, and warm. We would have no hesitation returning to Villa Paradiso upon our next trip to Santorini. Our only regret was not being able to stay longer!

Amazing stay! Book this villa!

I can’t say one bad thing about the Ventus Paradiso villa! It was breathtaking! The views were absolutely amazing and the location is unmatched! Imerovigli is the best place to stay because you’re away from crowded areas but have access to some of the best restaurants on Santorini. We thoroughly enjoyed our time! Elena was amazing and her communication was impeccable. We really appreciated her help with the transfers and our breakfast orders every day. Thank you, Elena! We hope to come back and stay again!

10 Year Anniversary

There are no words to fully express how phenomenal our stay was at Ventus Paradiso. Elena is unlike any other hostess we’ve ever come across. If you want to stay in a beautiful villa, be pampered and have a hostess who will do anything to make your stay the best it can possibly be, this villa is the place for you. Amazing villa in Santorini

We had a great time at this cave house villa in Santorini. I the 15+ vacation houses I’ve rented over the years this one is my all time favorite. The host Elena took the time to meet us when we arrived show us the house, tell us about local sightseeing and restaurants. She promptly answered all our questions via text. The house was clean and had an amazing view from the two separate outdoor spaces. The plunge pool was refreshing and you had a great view while relaxing in it. Next time I’m in Santorini I will be staying here!

Fantastic property and management

This was probably the best experience I have had with vrbo. The property is ideally located close to grocery store, restaurants etc. Transfer from the airport was arranged by Elena. She was very thorough with the check in process. She arranged a car rental, a cruise, a cooking class all in one evening. We also got a complimentary bottle of wine, a bag and daily breakfast. It was such a wonderful experience. Elena is an Extremely attentive host, and very detail oriented. Please don't hesitate to book this property. You will not be disappointed.

Breathtaking beauty

We only got to stay in our cave villa for 3 nights, which was not long enough. The whole process from checking in to checking out was very smooth. The property manager met us, helped us find a place to park and helped us with our bags. Which was very nice. Elena explained everything to us when we got there, gave us some recommendations for restaurants, and her phone number if we needed anything. The house itself was beyond beautiful. It has 2 levels of patio space that have the most stunning views of the caldera. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. I would recommend this villa. It is easily accessible, not many steps to get to it. Easy to find, private, and cozy.

Beautiful property with amazing view.

The apartment was beautifully decorated with two outdoors spaces. One on the roof with dining table and chaise lounges and one on the main level with bistro table and heated soaking tub. Breakfast was provided each day along with maid service. Customer service was great! Elena arranged to have us picked up from the port which was a great move considering how crazy it was there. She also arranged transportation the the Boutari winery. The driver Theodore was knowledgeable and enjoyable to talk to during the 3 rides we had with him. The apartment has a great panoramic view of the Caldera and the white washed buildings and churches surrounding the apartment. I highly recommend this property.

This villa is wonderful!

It was better than we had imagined. The property was so beautiful. It was in the best location and was just perfect. The views were breathtaking. It was an unusually large villa compared to the surrounding villas. It was very clean and wonderfully decorated. The pool was so much fun and we ended every night splashing around. Elena was the best host we have ever dealt with. She was very responsive and overly helpful with activities. She met us at the property and even arranged for wine and champagne to be delivered. She kept in contact with us and made certain that all our needs were met. She was so nice and I can't say enough nice things about her and her beautiful villa. If you want the most spectacular views you have ever seen stay at this villa.

Absolutely amazing!

Here are a few reason we loved our stay and would book with Elena again. 1. She had excellent communication 2. Spoke perfect English 3. Organized everything: free breakfast that was cooked on site to lunch and dinner reservations, ATV rentals, sunset boat cruises, suggested places to visit, day life and club life. 4. Had the house cleaned every day. 5. The house is perfectly located on the island. 6. Has breathtaking views 7. It's walking distance from Aegean. Pro tips: 1. Rent ATVs if you are traveling with 2 or more people. They are the safest 2 person vehicle and it's easy to drive and park them anywhere. 2. Stay in Santorini for 4 - 5 nights to fully experience the island. 3. Eat at Aegean (2 min walk from the house). We ate at several restaurants and Aegean was our favorite for the food, price and cliff view day or night. Sunset Tavern was our second favorite for seafood with gorgeous day views down by the water. Once again we highly recommend staying here not just for the gorgeous house (see photos) and breathtaking views but primarily because Elena made our experience a 10 out of 10. Ives stayed at many Homeaway, Airbnb, Flipkey and VBRO rentals and she was the best host by far.

The location, cleanliness, and size of this property can not be beat.

I'm going to break this review up into two parts, the first to speak about the actual property. The property is truly stunning. I traveled with my husband and another couple. We had ample space and the villa was cleaned daily. I felt supported by villa Lukas and Greg was phenomenal to work with. He was attentive and helpful and responsive. The villa has amazing views of the caldera and is in a great location to get to oia or Fira. It's quiet and there are a couple of good restaurants walking distance from the property. The property does have cave style rooms but they are quite spacious and the bathrooms are truly a work of art. I would definitely return. The second part of my review is about my experience working with the owner/manager Babis. Babis was very responsive prior to us arriving at the property. He answered all my questions double confirmed our dates and helped me set up transportation for when we arrived at the villa. The problem started when we went to check in, when we checked in, he had his staff check us into the villa next door to the one we paid for and when I asked why..... they spun it as a promotional incentive and they told us that the one next door to ours is a newer villa and that they want guests to experience at least one night in that villa so that they can get feedback on what they could be doing better. When I pushed further because I was not interested in this promotion, plus the villa was significantly smaller then the one we paid for especially for 4 people, I was told that despite having multiple confirmations from Babis our villa was actually not available for our first day so all they could do was put us in the villa next door. Not only was it not available but Babis did not offer to refund my money for the first night. When I pushed, he offered 50% off and then after down right arguing with him for 20minutes about my disappointment and frustration with the lack of customer service he did give me a full refund for that night. Despite that hiccup our stay was truly amazing, as a customer I would have appreciated the honesty of Babis telling me that something happened with our reservation or that he overbooked the villa and that they were offering us something else vs. it being spun as a promotional gimmick. Despite that, we loved our stay in Santorini and cannot wait to return.

Besides and most important, this would mainly help visitors make a choice among the vast variety of properties that would make them live a dreaming vacation in Santorini and take the most out of their trip. In regards with the first night, indeed our neighbor property is brand new and started working in July 1st and since then we do offer this property to people staying with us in order to try it. Please, note that the price and the quality is of the same level for all our villas. Sometimes, however, despite our efforts, the result does not reach complete customer satisfaction, and we apologize for this. We respect your thoughts and your points and will take them into thorough consideration; however, mentioning that we downright were arguing for 20 minutes about your disappointment and frustration for lack of customer service is kind of excessive and let me mention that is far from reality. With all due respect, you and all our guests enjoy 24/7 support and customer service in everything you may need and even for special requests. Moreover, we never actually argued since my first proposal was 50% refund but when you said that this is not accepted I gladly offered a complimentary 1st night of stay with no more discussion, at all. This was an “argument” (if we are allowed to name it “argument”) of less than 5 minutes. Never ever we argue with our guests since your satisfaction has always been our primary goal. For this reason, we dedicate our whole attention to our guests, aware of the importance of offering services of the highest quality, rigorously controlled and managed by our Quality Management System. You are more than welcome back to our place on your next visit in Santorini. Me and my team are more than glad to see you soon and offer one complimentary night for a long stay. Gorgeous cave villa with stunning views in a great location! Very Attentive Staff. Just magical!

We stayed 4 nights at Ventus Paradiso to celebrate our 20th anniversary and the visit far exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this villa! The staff was very attentive from the time we made the reservation to our departure. Babis was thorough and efficient in all our booking and planning correspondence. We opted for the semi-private (mini-van) transport to/from the ferry terminal, which was euros well spent. We arrived in Gali Square and was met by Elena who graciously introduced us to Ventus Paradiso. The villa is located just a short distance from Gali Square (left onto the main walkway, then right at Skaros Restaurant and roughly two flights of stairs down). The villa is quite private compared to many of the caldera-side cave villas/hotels. We spent most of our time on the veranda with the gorgeous hot tub (comfortable bench adjacent to it) and a nice table and chairs (and umbrella) because of the privacy and view. Each morning we enjoyed a delicious breakfast at this spot. Quite lovely. We placed our preferred breakfast time and order (a variety of choices-- eggs, croissants, Greek yogurt, fresh fruit, etc.) the night before. There is also a large terrace above the villa with two lounge chairs, umbrella and comfortable settee. It has a more wide-open view but not as private. A nice place to enjoy the sunset. Inside of the villa is just like the pictures. Very well-appointed. The bed was very comfortable, shower huge (nice hot water and water pressure). The kitchen has all the necessities, including a starter bottled water (water is not drinkable). There are at least 3 grocery/mini-markets conveniently located in/near Gali Square. The villa was extremely clean and maintained daily by the friendly housekeeper (also breakfast cook/server). Elena assisted us with things to do on Santorini and gave us recommendations for restaurants and tours. Very helpful. She arranged two tours for us (a sailing tour and bus tour which included the Akrotiri ancient site, Black Beach--highly recommend, Santos winery) as well as dinner reservations at a superb restaurant "Idol" in Fira. Also, recommend the trail to Oia and eating at Sunset Taverna (Ammoudi) for fresh fish. In visiting both Fira, Oia, and other parts of the island, we liked Imerovigli the best--less touristy, quiet with amazing views. We had a perfect view of the gorgeous sunset every night from the villa (at least in late September). Just magical! Thank you so much!

Fantastic Host & Getaway

Our stay at this property was fantastic. Elena is an excellent host and was extremely communicative throughout the booking process and stay. She went above and beyond to ensure a great stay, assisting with reservations and transportation. The location provided easy access to restaurants while avoiding the worst of the tourist crowds.

Amazing!

This is an amazing place to stay in Santorini. Beautiful views, close to everything, and Elena could not have been more helpful. The service was excellent. Every detail was handled for us. The Aegean Restaurant is a must and it is only a few steps away. Wish we could have stayed longer!!
