Our unique, spacious brand new ground floor apartment offers a relaxing home from home environment. It comprises an open-plan reception area and two good sized bedrooms. The accommodation is light and airy with a feeling of space and an ideal location for families or couples. We are located centrally within the wonderful village of Lyndhurst, often referred to as the 'Capital of the New Forest'. Enjoy beautiful countryside on the doorstep and be spoiled with an array of restaurants/cafés/bars and local shops. The open forest is within 2-3 minutes walk from your front door as are all the local quirky shops and restaurants that makes Lyndhurst so special. A perfect location for exploring all the New Forest and surrounding area.

Welcome to our holiday home. My husband Rob and I have three grown-up children and 2 labradors. We have lived in the forest for most of our lives and enjoy walking our two dogs around the area. We only live 20 minutes away so we are always available to help with any advice you may need during your stay with us. We hope you have a relaxing and enjoyable time in the Capital of the New Forest.
I can also offer a babysitting service at competitive rates. I have been babysitting for over 15 years, have a DBS and my own insurance. read less

Por qué escogió este alojamiento
We think you will love our property because it is suitable for all age groups it is homely and spacious too. We have many families staying with us who want to visit the very popular 'Peppa Pig World' just 15 mins drive as well as guests who are on cycling breaks or hiking breaks or just away exploring the area. We have space at the rear of the property with 6 bicycles racks, and also under cover storage for 2/3 bikes too. The racks are shared between 2 other residential apartments. We offer a lot of little extras in our home to make it as homely and comfortable for you as possible. We are perfectly situated with the New Forest literally on your doorstep - just 3-4 mins walk and you are straight on to the open forest. In the other direction it is a 2 minute walk from the doorstep to the centre of Lyndhurst the 'Capital of the New Forest'. The apartment is in a quiet residential road with off street private parking and on street parking offering two parking spaces with this accommodation. There are so many coffee shops/bars and restaurants to suit all tastes together with quirky little shops to browse through. You are close enough to travel to the coast if you want a day at the beach too. Rob and I live a short distance away and are always contactable for questions or advice.
