A 16 minute car ride into the centre of Leeds where there are all the attractions of a big city.
The space
The Leeds Lodge is entered via a staircase with a key safe to the left of the door for self-access.

The property comprises of:
- Master Bedroom with a new double bed, super comfortable mattress, large windows, ironing board, bed side lamps and a rack to hang clothes and shoes.
- Twin Bedroom with two new single beds, clothing rail, relaxing scheme bathroom directly opposite
- Main Bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle
- Kitchen/Lounge with dining area and seating for 4 at the table. The sofa is a comfortable double sofa bed. Large TV 50” smart TV
- Kitchen is fully equipped with large fridge/freezer, induction hob, washing machine and many kitchen appliances.
- Parking is available free of charge for cars, NO parking restrictions.
