Great except Day 1
We have stayed here before, and really enjoyed the location and the house. It’s a perfect location for us, a good sized flat, and well-equipped.
The one issue we had this time was that it was late November and very cold, and the heating had not been switched on before we arrived. Therefore, it was very cold and the heating was ineffective until it had been on overnight. We wore coats inside the house and were cold overnight.
The hosts were responsive and helpful but it was too late to be of practical help.
So, I would strongly recommend that the heating be turned on ahead of guests arrival for stays in cold weather.
Apart from the difficult first night, it was a great place to stay.
