Oasis privado con gran piscina privada! Situado en 103 Forest Trail, a poca distancia de la playa, esta casa es muy privada escondida de todo el tráfico. Recientemente renovado, 4 dormitorios, 3 ba�����os completos, maravillosa cocina abierta con comedor. Fuera de la cocina / comedor es una gran sala familiar abierta con un gran televisor de pantalla plana y una vista de la piscina desde cada ventana. Afuera le encantar������������������������������������������������������������� el patio grande de gran tamaño, porche, terraza abierta lista para asar. El dormitorio principal tiene ba��o privado con dos lavabos, ba����era de hidromasaje y ducha separada. Esta casa tiene todos los ingredientes necesarios para una escapada memorable.

Nota: No fumar, no se permiten mascotas, la chimenea no es para uso de los huéspedes, la piscina no est�� climatizada. Parrilla a gas provista.

Sis' 60th friends gathering

Wonderful stay at this fantastic house in a great location. We were concerned about some negative comments regarding the cleanliness of the pool but it was super clean and pool guy was there several times to clean it out and test the pH. Our group had a wonderful time. Would definitely stay again.

Guest love these beautiful trees but they can drop there leaves in the pool at times if there are strong winds or a heavy rain. The pool company does clean twice a week during the summer season. The house is delightful., But the agency that manages it has a lot of paperwork. The beds are extremely comfortable, the linens are nice. The kitchen is lovely and well stocked. Just be aware that you will need to provide hand soap, dishwasher soap, laundry, detergent, shampoo, and all swimming pool towels, and any extra towels beyond one per person.

Isles of Palm House

Had a long girls weekend at the private oasis. This was the perfect house for a mini vacation. The house is spacious and full of light. There were plenty of places to hang out around the house. We enjoyed sitting by the pool and the deck area. I would recommend staying here.

The place was perfect for our group of girls! There was plenty of space, the pool was lovely, and it was pretty clean! There were a couple of minor maintenance things they offered to fix while we were there, but it wasn’t anything that affected our stay. There was an unannounced visit from the pool maintenance man and a delivery for the next group arriving, but that was brought to the property managers attention and they were very apologetic. It was a great location and I would stay there again.

Wonderful place to call home

We had a 5 night stay and this house on Isle of Palms was just perfect for the three of us. Plenty of space, a great pool and patio area and fantastic kitchen for cooking breakfast, lunch and dinner. We’d stay again!

Wonderful Family Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here for a family vacation. The house was comfortable, clean, and had plenty of room for all of us (4 adults and 3 kids). The house was located in a quiet neighborhood, but it was convenient both to the beach and the waterway. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool, it was a great way to start and end the day! We will definitely stay here again for future visits to IOP!

Great Getaway

This home was a lovely place for our extended family to stay. The home is spacious and well maintained. The backyard and patio furniture (cushions) could use some TLC but the pool was lovely and well maintained. Lovely area for runs/walks - close to golf course and the beach.

Yes there are some beautiful old oak trees near this home, if there is a strong wind or rain storm, there can be leaves in the pool that will need to be skimmed. The pool guys came the last day we were there. 🤔 The house is just a short drive to the beach for those who like choices.

First family vacation with now married adult children and their spouses — we have a great time — pool was the cherry on the home — nice layout, comfy beds, beautifully decorated! Cherished memories created!! Would have preferred receiving code to door of house rather than code to lockbox at realty company — just to get paperwork with code to house — was an unnecessary stop. But otherwise process was flawless! We’ll be back!!

A time for making memories

When we arrived, there were some minor issues, but the office & maintenance were responsive & quick, even though we stayed during Memorial Day week. Great house, single level at ground level, super accessible for our family members with disabilities and their mobility equipment. And the pool was key to fun on Memorial Day itself when the beach was crowded. Super clean, hope to stay here again. We used Charleston Fishing Gear Rentals for surf-fishing fun and had a great time fishing the tidal creeks & exploring with Barrier Island EcoTours. Memories to last a lifetime!

July 2024 stay

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The area was nice, and quiet. The pool was clean. The downside is the dishes were dirty in the dishwasher when we got there and had to wash them, bed sheets in one queen bedroom were dirty and had to be washed before sleeping on the bed. No extra trash bags given, we had to buy our own, outdoor trash can was full with nowhere to put trash when we needed to. Bare minimum towels and washcloths. We had to wash those to have clean ones unless we paid a housekeeping fee which was $40 hour per housekeeper. That is a bit much considering the cost of this rental

Wonderful Stay

My family of 4 stayed with a couple of friends in April 2023 and had a great time! The kids loved the bunk room and were so excited to look through the VHS collection. The house was clean and spacious and plenty of space for our group of 6 total. There were plenty of supplies in the kitchen and the linens were clean. We wished there were beach items, but ended up renting chairs and an umbrella one of the days. We purchased beach toys for the kids to use while we were there. Only a few complaints - the cushions on the patio furniture are kept outside, so were mildewy and gross. We removed all the cushions and sat on the chairs without them. When we arrived the pool was very dirty and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in at least a week. We called the management and they told us someone would come out that day to clean it and they did. Finally, the listing mentions a fire pit, but there was none. That would have been nice to have. I would recommend renting a golf cart. We had so much fun driving around the island and there is plenty of parking if you want to take it to the beach. Much easier than walking when you have children. Overall, we had a great stay! My daughter lost her bunny while we were here. I am pretty sure it was left between the wall and the bunk bed. I called management a couple of times to see if anyone found it and they said they would call me if they did. So shameless plug - if you stay here and see a tan bunny with floral ears, there's a 6-year old in NH that slept with him every night since she was born who would be over the moon to get him back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A group of 8 of us recently stayed here for five nights and were generally happy with our experience, despite the rainy weather. The property description from was accurate, and the rental itself was clean and well-kept, although a few small improvements could be made.The house was impressively clean upon arrival. The kitchen had all the necessary appliances and utensils. Surprisingly, the property felt even more spacious in person than in the pictures, providing plenty of room for our group.However, we did notice a couple of minor deferred maintenance issues. The property could benefit from a fresh coat of paint in certain areas. Though, they did not significantly impact our overall enjoyment. What did slightly impact our overall enjoyment, the neighbor's barking dog throughout our stay and their decision to do a full day of yard work on the day of our departure as we tried to enjoy time by the poolDespite the rain and the property issues, we were still quite satisfied with our stay. Though outdoor activities were limited because of the weather, the comfortable living spaces and well-equipped kitchen made our time indoors enjoyable. The heavy rainfall caused the pool to quickly accumulate leaves and debris. Although the manager addressed the leaf issue promptly, we were disappointed by the lack of proper chemical maintenance.Another disappointing aspect was the early and inconvenient checkout process. We were required to vacate the rental by 10 am and do a fairly thorough clean, leaving us feeling rushed and annoyed. We hope the property management improves the checkout process for future guests, especially during slower seasons.Considering the price, we would still recommend the property to a friend. Despite the minor maintenance and pool issues, the rental was clean, accurately described, and the property manager was responsive.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Although we stayed at this same property last year we were very disappointed this year. We had many maintenance issues and with 2 new houses being constructed behind us it was very noisy.

Poorly maintained: dirty with a broken washer and pool pump

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: With COVID-19, we thought the rental company was taking extra precautions with cleaning and coming into contact with guests, but that was definitely not the case. The house was very poorly cleaned. We had to wipe down the entire kitchen, since crumbs were present, to ensure surfaces were disinfected. We found piles of candy wrappers and a Solo cup of water underneath beds. Because of that, we decided to wash all of our bedspreads (and later saw reviews that confirmed they don't wash the bedspreads). The washer soaked everything then threw an error.We called the next morning about the washer & that the pool pump was also not functioning. They said they knew about the pool pump but just hadn't had time to get to it. They'd send someone out to clean the pool for us instead and have someone come out for the washer. They did let us know when the 1st maintenance person was coming so we could be distanced. He decided that the hot water line wasn't properly connected to the washer & that he'd need a second person to help him move them to assess that. The property manager on call called to assure me they'd try to fix the washer tomorrow when it was no longer the weekend. In the meantime, we could use the local drop off laundromat & send them the bill. She told me that the actual property manager for our home would call to follow up with how to get reimbursed properly & make things right. I NEVER heard from anyone in property management again. Not even to confirm when maintenance people just randomly showed up on the property. This is a terrible practice: we wanted to avoid being around others as much as possible due to COVID-19, and the rental company doesn't seem to have any issue with possibly having an unauthorized person on the property - endangering their assets, their staff, and their guests.Isle of Palms is a lovely little place but we will definitely not be using Island Realty if we return.

A little oasis during the pandemic

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was perfect! We had 4 children with us. We loved having a shaded & quite street for them them ride their scooters or bikes on. The Pool was great and we loved the fact that it had an 8ft deep end. There was a 7 minute walk to the beach. There was plenty a Comfortable space for lounging or activities. The house felt like a home and we we were sad to leave it at the end of the week. The only down side was not having television in every Bedroom. Only the master has one.
