This beautifully decorated, spacious Grand Pavilion home is an easy walk (only steps away!) to the boardwalk, two Grand Pavilion community pools (open year round) and beach. With two master suites and two queen suites with two queen beds each, Coastal Chic is perfect for two families. One master suite is located on the home's ground floor and the second master suite is located on the home's third floor. Coastal Chic is very well maintained & cared for -- this home was upgraded with new flooring, new countertops in the kitchen, new furnishings, a renovated third floor bathroom and new interior & exterior paint. You and your guests will love the home's terrific natural light, the two private balconies that are shaded by live oak and palmetto trees and the multiple spaces within the home for your family to gather together and also enjoy some separate down time. - Central & convenient location within the heart of the Wild Dunes Resort (which is a gated community with 24-hour security). Located a short distance from the Grand Pavilion boardwalk, two community pools (open year round), beach access point & dining venues.

- Pool passes for use at the two Grand Pavilion oceanfront community pools and cabana area.
- Large, spacious kitchen with white cabinetry, full sized appliances (including dishwasher, refrigerator, range & microwave) and other important kitchen gear (like a blender, toaster, garbage disposal, coffee maker & keurig).
- Open floor plan layout between the living room, kitchen and dining room areas.

Guests enter Coastal Chic by entering the home's front door on the carport level. Once you enter the front door, you will find a carpeted stairwell that takes you to the kitchen, dining room, family room and one of the home's two master suites. You'll love the private balcony with two outdoor dining tables located off of the living room. The home's first floor also has a washing machine & dryer. Another stairwell on the first floor takes you to the two queen suites (each with two queen beds and an en suite bathroom) on the home's second floor. The home's second master suite (which is located on the home's third floor) features an en suite bathroom and a private balcony.
COMMUNITY POOL TYPICALLY OPENS APRIL 1ST. SUBJECT TO MAINTENANCE AND OTHER CLOSURES. We do not manage the pool or resort. The HOA manage the pool. 2 Entry wristbands are provided per home and additional group wristbands are available for other attendees (up to a max). All pool users must be in a group with someone with an Entry wristband.
NO SMOKING. NO PETS. Tenant must be 25 years old. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time — day or night. These are causes for eviction with no refund, and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability. This is a residential home -- please be respectful of our neighbors.
