Welcome to this lovely apartment located in the popular urbanization Alamar which is just a short walk from the village of La Cala de Mijas and the kilometer-long beach. The urbanization has a year-round open pool and its own paddle court, there is also free parking and security 24/7. La Cala de Mijas is a cozy little fishing village between Fuengirola and La Cala that has blossomed in recent years thanks to its idyllic cityscape, restaurant offerings and the lovely beach that is blue flagged for its full service and high quality.From here it is not far to either Marbella or the metropolis of Fuengirola where everything you need for a holiday is. When you step into the apartment, you are met by the fully equipped kitchen directly to the right where you have a dishwasher, laundry room, toaster, kettle, microwave and much more that you want on a vacation. Further into the apartment you have the social living room with dining area for 4-6 people, a sofa group and a TV with most international channels. From the living room you are led out onto the lovely balcony facing south and a lovely dining area and lounge corner where you can spend the warm summer evenings with friends and family.There are also 2 bedrooms with each bathroom, Master bedroom has 1 double bed and direct access to the terrace and the second bedroom has 2 single beds and also there access to the terrace. The apartment is otherwise fully equipped with A / C in all rooms, WIFI, washing machine and dishwasher, parking and much more! The cleaning fee includes one set of bed linen and towels per person. Baby Package €39: including cot and high chair, on request and subject to availability. The courtesy set is provided only for the beginning and not for the entire stay.
