ACCOMMODATION
The villa is spread over three levels.
From the ground-floor garden, where the pool and sun deck are located, you can access the living room with a sofa and fireplace, as well as the fully equipped kitchen with everything you need.
Here you’ll also find the first bedroom with a queen-size bed and a private bathroom with a shower that overlooks the outdoor garden.
From the first floor, you can reach the upper floors via the staircase or an internal elevator.
On the first floor, there are two more bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, a private bathroom with a shower, and a balcony.
On the second floor is the fourth bedroom, featuring a queen-size bed, a private bathroom with a shower, and a balcony.
LOCATION
The villa’s location is truly ideal, situated on the main street in the town center, with shops, bars, and restaurants just a short walk away.
The nearest beach is about 1 km away and can also be reached on foot.
The train station is about 200 meters away.
Sorrento is about 2 km away, a 15-minute walk.
Sant’Agnello is an ideal base, especially for those who wish to explore nearby destinations such as the Amalfi Coast, Capri, Pompeii, Ischia, and Naples.
It’s a pleasure to stroll along the seafront until you reach a vast terrace from which you can admire the fantastic view of the Gulf of Naples and the Sorrento coast.
