¡Bienvenido! ¡Gracias por visitar nuestro pequeño refugio costero!

Este condominio recientemente remodelado ha sido un excelente lugar para nosotros, ¡y nos complace ofrecerlo para que usted también lo disfrute! Nuestro condominio cuenta con una gran sala de estar / comedor / cocina abierta, un dormitorio (con cama queen) y un baño (con bañera). Nuestra ubicación en el primer piso ofrece dos patios al aire libre, uno sombreado en la entrada principal y un área soleada fuera de la sala de estar. ¡Hay una piscina a la vuelta de la esquina en nuestro complejo con una cabaña a la sombra!

Este condominio tiene capacidad para 4. Hay una cama queen en el dormitorio (juego de colchones Serta iComfort) y un sofá cama queen (con colchón mejorado) en la sala de estar. ¡También proporcionaremos un colchón de aire tamaño queen si es más fácil de usar que el sofá cama! Por favor, háganos saber con anticipación si desea que hagamos el sofá cama y / o el colchón de aire y lo tendremos listo para su llegada. De lo contrario, la ropa de cama adicional para ambos estará en el armario principal. Si tiene más de 4 invitados, contáctenos para una posible excepción a esta política.

Nuestra cocina está completamente equipada con todo lo que necesita para su estadía, incluida una cafetera y tetera (con café y té para el desayuno), tostadora, licuadora, olla, ollas, sartenes y utensilios básicos de cocina. This was our second stay in this condo and it was just as amazing as we remembered. The host is truly amazing, and goes above and beyond to ensure the apartment is clean and ready for your arrival. Communication is fast, too. We love that it is right across the street from Whitecap beach and that many island favorites, including Ridley's, Island Joes, Padre Island Pizza and Padre Island Burger are all less than five mins away. The couch and chair are super comfortable. The bed is great and water pressure in the shower is perfect. The area around the condo is super quiet too. This is such a great place to stay. You will not be disappointed.

Top notch place!

Beautiful condo with absolutely everything you may need for a beach vacation. Beach towels and toys and more! Owner had left us a huge snack basket! Very spacious living area and perfect location, 2 minute walk to the beach. Nice outdoor area to keep sandy items. Parking right in front of condo!

Perfect Coastal Getaway – Pet-Friendly & Thoughtfully Stocked!

We travel here from Dallas, We have rented several condo in this area over the years and this condo has just about everything you need for a peaceful getaway! The owners are pet-friendly even allowing larger dogs, which is a huge plus. A thoughtful touch we appreciated was the welcome snacks left for us on the bar, along with shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, and lotion in the bathroom. It really shows how much the owners care about their guests.I even spotted a crock pot (not listed in the amenities) such a handy surprise! Imagine throwing dinner in before heading to the beach and having it ready when you return. Even the cook gets to relax on island time!The condo is in a great location with easy access to the beach just a couple of blocks away. The owners have stocked it with beach chairs, towels, and even a beach wagon. So, if you’d rather walk than drive or pay to park, just load up the wagon and go!The nearby beach is lively, lifeguard-monitored, and dog-friendly (leashes required). Plus, there are a couple of bars to enjoy—one with a view of the ocean.If you’re looking for a more secluded beach day, our family highly recommends Malaquite Beach, about 15 miles down S. Padre Island Drive. It’s a beautiful state park with plenty of space to spread out, it has a drive out beach so you can set up a shade tent, and enjoy. We enjoyed our stay, thank you Coral & Tommy for sharing your condo with us.

Everything You Need

This place was perfect in so many ways, starting with the location being such a short walk to the beach. It was also the best stocked place I have ever stayed! I love to cook & everything I needed was there, including stainless steel pots & pans, & a nice roomy kitchen. Tons of soft towels, complimentary lotion, shampoo, etc., lots of toilet paper & paper towels, garbage bags also included, and just move in ready for a great stay. Nice big bathroom too! It’s decorated so charming & I really loved staying here. I was able to park right outside the 1st floor condo so loading in & out was super easy.

So close to the beach!

Great place to stay. Kitchen is well stocked and snacks were provided! The bed was comfortable and the AC is nice and cold. Loved being able to bring our dog. Definitely will be back!

Great little place

This condo is beautiful! We had to get in touch with the owners due to a flood that happen to hut and they responded right away and were so helpful! Very very nice hosts! Very clean and fully socked with towels, blankets, and goodies! I would highly reccomend!

Very clean and beautiful place!

The condo was updated and fully stocked with glasses , pots, pans,etc. They also had most stuff you could need for the beach which was very helpful . The only small complaint I had was the outside patio area is in need of new furniture and clean up. The furniture was old and rusty and the person above the condo fed birds seed day and night! Birds and seeds dropped down all over everything! My husband got pooped on by one of the birds! You couldn’t leave your towels out to dry because of it or sit out and enjoy the evening. If you don’t care about the outside then there’d be no issue. Overall it was a very nice place to stay!

Great getaway!

This was a much needed getaway and this quaint little condo made it all the more rewarding. We had everything we needed here for our family of three. We were close to the beach and enjoyed the pool on site as well. The hosts were very friendly and responsive. I would definitely come back again to this property!

Relaxing place to rest

We enjoyed staying in this little home, it was perfect for my husband and I. We loved the option of a later than usual check out, we didn’t need it this time but if we did it was an option. We hope to visit again soon!

Perfect for two & beach is a quick walk

First of all, check in and communication with owner was exceptional. She left snacks for us and there's all the beach gear and plenty of towels in the closet. I loved that i could bring my two little dogs. There's not a yard, but across the alley is a grassy place for their duties and poo bags.The beach is literally down the alley, across the street, and thru a parking lot. Super quick walk! The bed is comfy. There's a great little outdoor space to sit out and drink coffee. The pool is close. We always went to pool for a little bit after spending time at the beach. Also, there was all the things you need to cook, even foil and baggies for leftovers. We loved that there was a washer and dryer, even laundry soap. I would totally stay here again!

This was our second time to stay. Hosts are wonderful and provide all the special touches to make the stay very comfortable. Communication is great. We love the location to area attractions and really appreciate a dog friendly place we can bring our pups.

Dog Friendly Great Beach Location

The condo was very cozy and a perfect location with easy beach access and a short distance from shops and restaurants on the island. The hosts were great with communication and left some fun special touches. We will definitely try to stay again when we visit the island.

Good location, responsive hosts, clean and well equipment apartment that is pet friendly. Short walk to the beach. Nice touch had some snacks left to munch on which we appreciated.

Hi there! Our names are Tommy and Coral and we hope you enjoy our little slice of North Padre Island! We are both natives to the Coastal Bend and love living here on "The Island"!

We purchased this condo as a "guest house" for friends and family in 2017 and renovated it shortly thereafter. For us, this place is more than just an investment property, but also an extension of our home. We hope you enjoy it also! Should you need anything while you are here, please just let us know as we live only a few blocks away!

We are both avid outdoormen, and love fishing, hunting, and spending time on the beach. Tommy is a lifelong surfer and you are likely to see us at the beach if the surf's up!

We took a great deal of pride in remodeling this property after we purchased it. We poured a lot of heart and soul into this little place to give it a personal touch that our friends and family would enjoy when visiting. When we aren't using it for our personal guests (or our own staycation!), we are happy to offer it to new friends, like you!

We personally take care of this condo ourselves! We really enjoy hosting guests while they visit The Island, and try to put extra thought into making this a great experience for travelers. If you are looking for something with a "motel mindset" in regard to your stay and how you will treat the property, this is not the place for you! Thank you for understanding!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We love this condo's closeness to the beach-- it's so nice to stroll over to the Seawall to watch the sunrise or enjoy the evening!

It was also very important for us to find a ground-level unit with close-by parking for our own needs. We hope you also appreciate this ease of access! No one likes to trudge groceries and luggage across parking lots and up stairs!
