Una escapada perfecta en el hermoso lago Findley. Ideal para esquiadores y navegantes.

Esta casa de campo reformada, de alrededor de 1900, ofrece tres dormitorios, un baño y medio, una cocina moderna y un porche con impresionantes vistas al lago. A pocos pasos de la puerta principal hay un nuevo muelle PRIVADO que ofrece áreas para relajarse, pasear en bote, nadar, pescar y simplemente sentarse. Cuando piense que no podría mejorar, retírese al patio amueblado detrás de la cabaña y disfrute de la chimenea de ladrillo. Encienda la parrilla de carbón y disfrute de su noche. Si estás buscando un lugar para alejarte del ajetreo y el bullicio de la vida cotidiana, ¡entonces Sunnyside Up es el lugar para ti!

La cocina recién remodelada está completamente equipada. El sótano tiene una mesa de billar y lavadora / secadora. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama queen size y grandes ventanales con vista al lago. Las otras dos habitaciones tienen camas dobles. El salón ofrece calidez y comodidad con una chimenea de gas. El futón duerme dos. TV por cable y wifi.

Para TODAS las estaciones, Findley Lake es un lugar maravilloso para crear recuerdos.

This is a cozy, well maintained cottage with beautiful views of the lake and peaceful surroundings. You are less than 10 min to Peek n Peak! We've only been here in the winter and, as a non skier, my favorite things to do is cook in the kitchen, take walks, and enjoy a movie and a glass of wine by the fireplace. My family loves to ski and this is the perfect place to come back to for rest and relaxation! We bet this place is great in other seasons with the lake! The hosts are friendly and very responsive. House was cozy, clean, and comfortable. It was perfect size for three adults to have their own rooms. The view of the lake from the sunroom and primary bedroom was gorgeous. The short walk across the road to the direct lake access was super convenient.

The reason for our stay was to tube and ski. This location is approximately 10 minutes from Peek n Peak. It is a small old cottage. The host let us check in early. I do not reccomend this location for a winter stay as there was a dead mouse in the cottage and mouse droppings throughout kitchen cabintes along with acorns. When taking linens off one bed acorns were found in the sheets. The host was apologetic. However, for the price we paid I expect no mouse droppings, dead mice or acorns. We plan to stay at Peek n Peak next time. This may be a better location in warmer months when frequented more often. Looks to be outdoor space and a dock.

Perfect get away

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was extremely well kept and the ease of renting and staying was exceptional. There were many things for the family to do besides relaxing, which is what I needed most.

Happy to have found Findley Lake

Gorgeous lake. This home's location and dock were great. Not a fancy house, but it well served our needs for a place to live and sleep while enjoying the lake. Walking distance to ice cream and Main St was a plus. Wineries, breweries, and other cute towns just a short drive away.

Cute place to get away for the weekend

Great cabin! We found the porch to be inviting rain or shine, with great shade trees over the front of the house and awesome lake views. Findley lake is close enough to Chautauqua to enjoy the destination but far enough away to be a quiet getaway. Look forward to visiting again soon.

Ski Weekend at Peak N Peek

We enjoy staying at Findlay Lake when we visit the ski area for the long holiday weekend. Sunny Side Up was a very nice and clean place. It was a little small for us and during the winter there is no access to the extended porch. We didn't spend a lot of time there (skiing all day) so it wasn't a big deal. We had a very nice time!

Great Getaway

Great little cottage on a very peaceful lake. We went at the perfect time of year for quiet and relaxation. The cottage was clean and well stocked with essentials. I only wish there was a ladder or stairs at the dock for swimming. We had some rain during our stay, so a pop up tent for the back yard or dock area would be a good idea to bring along. Would definitely stay again!

While traveling home from a visit to Alfred NY I found myself getting tired so we decided that my wife would drive for a while. We turned onto I86 and ended up at Findley Lake. We immediately felt something special. My wife, son and I decided to get out and look around. The next thing we knew we were sitting by lake enjoying an ice cream cone. A month later we made an appt. to look at some properties and the rest is history. We love Findley Lake and always look forward to our next visit. We live in Kentucky but feel like Findley Lake is now our home away from home.

This property has a childhood nostalgic feeling of lakefront living. It's like stepping back in time...where life was simple. We love how relaxed and happy we feel when we are here. Findley Lake has quickly become one of our very favorite places.

We have made several updates such as: new patio with out door fire place, newly constructed private dock with large deck and amazing views of the lake and sunset. Updated kitchen with an island and new butcher block counter tops. Sunnyside Up cottage is so cozy and comfortable. It's very nostalgic and inviting. You won't want to leave. :-)
