Spectacular 4 season home on Findley Lake NY

Beautiful clean and modern 3br 3ba house on Findley Lake NY. Sleeps 8 comfortably. Could sleep another 2 using trundle beds. Wonderful sunset and lake views on large front deck. Perfect getaway for anytime of year. Only 7 min to Peek N Peak Ski & Golf Resort. Or enjoy local snowmobile and hiking trails and wineries. House is within a few min walk to the center of town with quaint shops and great food. In the summer enjoy the dock with ladder access for swimming and bring your kayaks or canoes to launch from town. Looking for a quiet retreat or a grand adventure, this is the stay for you! Note: one flight of stairs to access main level of home- either the stairs on the exterior of home leading to deck or one interior set of stairs. Additionally driveway is very steep and can be tricky in the snow. 4 wheel drive is recommended during winter months.

What a wonderful little gem at Findlay Lake! The house was perfectly cozy, charming and stocked with everything you need to cook when you want to stay in. I wish all VRBOs were like this. Also, the host was extremely responsive and helpful.

Fantastic home, well stocked with everything you need - from condiments in the fridge to games for the kids (and adults!) Beds are comfortable, plenty of blankets for cold winter nights, beautiful deck overlooking Findley Lake. We will be back!

Cozy house for skiing!

We were in town to ski at Peekn’ Peak and the location was great. We were 10-15 mins from the resort in the quaint town of Findley Lake. We were walking distance to the local store and Alexander’s, great restaurant! Would return!

Great location

We stayed at this house for a few days in December. We went to Peek n’ Peak skiing each day. It was a super easy drive over. The house was in great condition and had everything we could need. Very close to a few small shops and restaurants.

Clean, comfortable and beautiful

My family and I stayed here for 3 nights, and we were very pleased with the accomodations! The house has a very luxurious feel with an open concept and gorgeous views of the lake. The house is well stocked with everything you'd need as well. We would love to visit again in the summer months!

Great Findley Lake property

This clean and well appointed property is just as advertised with a short walk to town, a wonderful view of the lake and short drive to ski resort. Inside has everything you need and more. Host was very responsive. We’d love to stay here again in the future.

So good the sun went out!

We came to watch the eclipse and neither the sun nor the accomodations let us down. It is a lovely location and the home was inviting, clean, and beautiful. A wonderful host was only the icing on the cake. We are planning to book later in the year for a fishing trip. Highly recommended!

Relaxing Family Getaway

The house was absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed. We had plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 kids. We didnt have a chance to explore main street, but it looked very cute. There were restaurants, coffee, shops, and a dollar general close by. We also were within 30 minutes of most of the breweries and wineries. Beth was a great host and was able to answer al of my questions. I highly recommend this house if you are traveling to the area!

Weekend Ski Trip

We found this home for our weekend ski trip and were all very pleased with the stay. The house was a very short distance from the ski resort, making travel time nice. Also, we enjoyed how it sat up on the hill overlooking the lake. Definitely would like to come back in the summer time to stay again. Close by to the local spots; we even drove into Erie one night for dinner since the commute was so reasonable. Beth was great with communication and accommodations. Looking forward to our next visit. Great place overall.

Girls weekend

Great location. Went to Warner Theater in erie. Only 30 min. Away. Very quiet except for the soothing sound of the lake. Rainy most of time but still able to sit on the deck. The house is very clean and comfortable. Loved the kitchen. Had a great stay. P.S. can walk close by to get food or dine out. All walking distance. Thanks

Ski Weekend

The home is really clean and pretty with an upscale vibe. The owner included personal touches - lots of bottled water in the fridge, snack basket for the kids, an amazing coffee and hot chocolate bar, great family games! These little extras were so lovely - well done! The driveway in the winter was a bit intimidating (think steep), but we navigated it! And water pressure for showers was very light. The owner was very quick in response to questions. Overall - I would recommend this home to friends (I already have:)

Findley Lake Bliss

Our four-day stay at this lake house was nothing short of spectacular. The home is absolutely beautiful and impeccably clean, with thoughtful extras like fresh cookies and premium ice cream waiting for us on arrival. The open, modern floor plan feels both spacious and inviting, and on rainy days we loved diving into the extensive collection of games. From the top deck, the lake views are simply breathtaking—perfect for morning coffee or evening stargazing. Nestled within walking distance to the charming town of Findley Lake, you’re just steps away from delightful shops and food. Quiet, serene, and supremely well-appointed, this lake house is a true gem. Beth, the property manager, was super quick to respond with my questions. We can’t wait to come back!
