The apartment benefits from large panoramic windows overlooking the estuary towards Dartmouth Castle whilst the main bedroom overlooks the river and across to Dartmouth.

YOU CANNOT USE THE SWIMMING POOL FACILITES IF YOU ARE THE ONLY OCCUPANT OF YOUR APARTMENT.

This apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable stay, including linen and towels, a travel cot is available however please bring your own bedding for this.
The kitchen comes complete with oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and a good range of utensils and cleaning products.
The main bedroom has ensuite with bath.
Whilst staying at Kingswear Park, you have access to the pool building, including indoor pool (with resistance jet), sauna, spa, small gym as well as the other onsite activities. Be sure to explore the 5 acres of grounds as there are some truly special views to be appreciated.
There is free wi-fi, allocated parking, extra parking and access to the on-site Electric Vehicle charging points.
