The apartment is suitable for the stay of 3 people. It consists of a double bed by two windows, overlooking the sea and the coast; a sofa bed for one person is in the living area. The bathroom, decorated with fine Vietri ceramics, is equipped with sink, toilet, towels, shower and hairdryer.The kitchen is equipped with a stove with two burners, a microwave, a refrigerator with freezer, a Neapolitan coffee maker, kettle and all the crockery to prepare the dishes, a table with chairs. There is also the cabinet containing the washing machine, iron and ironing board, a clothesline for the terrace, a LCD TV.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and heating. The charming and spacious Terrace Solarium, of about 35 square meters, is equipped with a shower, a table, chairs, umbrella and two sun loungers, in which to spend the most relaxing moments of the day. In the terrace you will also find a portable barbecue for your tasty meals outdoors.

GUEST ACCESS:
To reach the structure from the meeting point you will have to walk along a small road of approximately 900 m from the pedestrian meeting point and interspersed with approximately 210 steps. You will be in contact with nature, the scents and aromas of Mediterranean vegetation in all seasons of the year. The garden of the villa is 1500 m² large and is gently sheltered from the sun by the trees. A small courtyard, shared by the apartments, with a particularly pleasant atmosphere, is available to guests of the Villa for reading and moments of relaxation in absolute quiet. Suspended over the enchanting scenery of the Santa Croce valley, Villa Scivitella, from the top of the hill, opens onto the wonderful panorama of the Gulf of Salerno, of the Amalfi Coast, with the Monastery of Santa Rosa leaning against the rocky ridge of Conca dei Marini and further down, the hamlets of Amalfi, Lone and Pastena and Vettica.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW:
1) Check-in from 3pm to 7pm, after 7pm you pay extra.
2) Tourist tax of €3 per day per person to be paid in cash upon arrival.
3) Mandatory identity document to be presented at check-in.
4) No smoking in the house.
5) The guest must take away the rubbish from the apartment.
6) the structure can be reached from the road, along a pedestrian path of approximately 900 meters and interspersed with 210 steps.
Given the location of the facility, luggage service is strongly recommended (for a fee).
