The apartment was exactly as described in the listing. The bed and linens were very comfortable. Bravo Maria for providing thick terry robes! A nice touch as the morning and evenings were on the cool side. Thank you for your responsiveness and help in making pick up travel arrangements in Naples. The view from the balcony was breathtaking sunrise to sunset! We would absolutely recommend it to anyone considering a stay in Amalfi!

Everything was wonderful and as advertised! From the amazing views to the homes cleanliness. Three great restaurants in walking distance and with the bus stop right in front, it was easy to get to the ferry and the Port of Amalfi. Maria is a gracious host and Laura provides another level of service as a concierge. Thank you for being so available and making our stay so amazing!

A quiet get a way with spectacular views. Place was well equipped and walking distance to town. Several restaurants within a short walk. Maria was very helpful and spent a lot of time talking with us to make sure our stay was perfect.

Great view although with haze from fires in the area. Warm weather but the property had a/c.Afternoon rain showers, one with dime sized hail.The property owner could not have been nicer. I believe we made a friend!

Wonderful views!!

We stayed in here for about 5 days and it wasn’t long enough! The views of the coast from every room made us feel spoiled. The large terris is great for watching sail boats and mega yachts while you sip your coffee. There is a bus stop right off the stairs of the house. Making it super convenient to get to Almafi center or other cities along the coast. Maria was so communicative throughout our stay making sure we had all we needed and provided recommendations. Highly recommended this spot.

Amalfi coast

The host went great. I would rate Maria a 5. The view from the property was spectacular. As with most properties in Amalfi there are a lot of steps (115) to the unit, but we considered that part of our daily work out. I would recommend providing an umbrella for the outside terrace as the sun hits it directly therefore we were not able to have breakfast outside as we had imagined. We found the location slightly difficult as Amalfi is a 30 minute walk on narrow winding roads. if you can figure out the bus schedule that is the best way to get to Amalfi and take a ferry to other towns.

Amalfi Coast Trip

Maria was a great host and the location is very good. It was about a 2.5 mile walk to the town of Amalfi from the apartment and there were at least 5 restaurants within a half mile. The views from the large patio were amazing, and the apartment was very clean and well appointed.

Serenity Bliss - Amalfi

We had a wonderful stay in Amalfi! The bus stop at the bottom of the stairs is reliable—don’t stress it. Just hop on a bus toward Positano/Sorrento, and after passing La Pergola Hotel (White), let the driver know you'd like to get off at the next stop.The listing is exactly as described. Yes, the stairs are steep and quite the workout, but manageable, my spouse and are 62, active , but by no means workout enthusiast. If need be, you can take breaks at the numerous landings. The key is to pack light and take your time.The views and the accommodations are absolutely worth the climb. Every room offers a stunning vista. Maria is a true Super Host—you won’t regret booking with her. You’ll love it here!

Breathtaking views and great location

The property was as described... amazing views, comfortable, easy to check-in. Ate a lemon right off the tree on the terrace. Lots of wine to enjoy for a very reasonable price. We enjoyed the terrace morning and night. Amenities were nice The owner, Maria was very responsive and takes pride in her place. Really had the feeling of living on the Amafi Coast! Very cozy and hard to leave!!

Amazing Views Amazing Location Amazing location

I cannot say enough about how amazing of an experience we had with this host and the beautiful stay. Day 1 Maria ( the host) called me and helped set up an itinery to make us for our stay and answer any questions. She even helped us organize I own travel from the train and a tour on our way back to the train.I Felt like I had my own Travel agent ! ** There is a review on about the location** This location could not have been better there is a buss stop that will take you everywhere right outside of the condo. Maria will walk you through the schedules and will let you message her 24/7 and gets right back to you! There are two amazing restraunts WALKING Distance and A breakfast bar for a relax day when you dont feel like going far- Under 10 min buss ride to the PORT to take a ferry or go down town Almafi. I only wished we stayed longer !! by far my best VRBO experience ever! It would be a dream of mine to come back and stay longer !cheers, Tracy

Romantic Amalfi

Our stay was wonderful. The apartment. had everything we needed. The views were spectacular and we enjoyed our morning coffee watching the sun rise and a glass of wine with the sunset. Can't say enough about the views! Just on the outskirts of the main town of Amalfi it was an easy walk to the center of town. Maria and Laura were extremely helpful in insuring we had everything we needed, from restaurant reservations to cars for travel and in setting up our personal coastal tour by boat, We ihighly recommend this property and if we get to Amalfi again we'll stay here.

First and most importantly, transportation to and from Maria’s apartment is impossible. Book here if you also rent a scooter or pay for a 24/7 driver on retainer. Otherwise, spend the money to stay at a hotel that offers concierge car service (miramalfi or Santa Caterina hotel) Maria’s apartment is a 45-minute walk from the center of Amalfi Piazza. The roads are narrow with scary curves. It is located up a steep, narrow flight of stairs. Do not pack more than a carry-on-sized bag and backpack. Laura - the concierge whose services are included with the apartment - is most helpful regarding transportation to and from the airport. Otherwise, her concierge services aren’t overly useful. The apartment is lovely: gorgeous terrace, clean bathroom, WiFi in the living room (doesn't work in bedroom) and working A/C. Amalfi itself (i.e., the center piazza) is cute enough. It has mostly tourist shops loaded with lemon paraphernalia and restaurants serving a largely tourist crowd. Don’t travel to Amalfi if you’re looking for beautiful beaches. Lido degli Artisti is a beach club with toilets, a restaurant, and chair service. The public beach in Amalfi is not appealing. Book a 90-minute boat tour of the coast. Capri and Positano are too crowded and commercial. Arrivederci…

Beautiful accommodation in Amalfi

We spent 3 magnificent nights at Maria’s home in Amalfi. Loved every minute and we survived the stairs! Maria was very helpful as we arrived and settled. I don’t think we would have had such a fantastic stay if it hadn’t been for Laura. She was wonderful with arranging drivers, and tours ( even arranged a private tour at Pompeii.) Was so happy she was at dinner the first night and we got to meet her! She was always available and made our stay so carefree! Thank you Maria and Laura- Amalfi and your home were definitely a highlight of our Italian adventure!

THE VIEW!!!!!

Oh my goodness! The view sells it all! Such a quaint space. Clean and well appointed. We had everything we needed. Laura was very helpful with recommendations and Maria was so kind and responsive and told us 2 days was not enough. So true. Wish we had stayed at least 4 days. We walked to Amalfi, narrow road. A little dicey in the dark. Went to G.A.S Bar for dinner both nights. So good, reasonably priced and great views! Took advantage of the private driver from Naples train station per Maria’s suggestion. So thankful for that! Worth every dime! Never made the trek up the 200 steps to the grocery store but wanted to explore that area too. We definitely hope to be back!! Bus stop at place is very convenient. Quiet and well insulated. Balcony was our favorite spot!! Sunrise!!!

Great stay in Amalfi

We really enjoyed our stay this apartment. The owner Maria was so helpful with driving directions and her property mgr Laura was easily available to communicate with via Whats App and set up all our dinner reservations. Just up the street is the best family owned fine dining restaurant. Da Ciccio’s . Our best dinner during our three week journey through Italy. We ended up going back a second night. The view from the apartment’s terrace is amazing . Enjoyed drinks there every night.
