Our beautiful luxurious 2 & 3 bedroom apartments are located on the same floor next to each other, making up 5 bedrooms with 2 entry doors and 2 private roof Terraces.
Each apartment has a light and spacious Living/Dining room with high ceilings, kitchen and, unusual for the centre of Cannes, both apartments have their own large 65sqm / 75 sqm private furnished Terraces. The atmosphere is very calm and when you are relaxing on our terraces it makes you feel as though you are away from the noise of the busy streets of Cannes - yet the apartments are only steps away from restaurants, coffee shops etc. It is idyllic being located on a small pretty, quiet, pedestrian street in the centre of Cannes.
Furnished to a high standard, our apartments have high-speed wifi, Smart TV, air conditioning and heating in the living areas and bedrooms.
The kitchens are fully-equipped for all your needs with an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and Nespresso coffee machine.
All Bedrooms have double glazed windows and blackout blinds to give you the best nights' sleep in our good quality comfortable beds.
Each apartment has large French doors leading out onto our beautiful large private Terraces (65 - 75 sqm), which can seat up to 6 people and 10 people on each terrace. Each terrace has a large pergola over the dining table. Relax on our sun loungers, dine under the pergola, or simply enjoy the calm atmosphere on the outdoor sofas surrounded by Cypress trees, Jasmine climbing up trellises and bamboo plants.
We list our 2 apartments together as it is very suitable for families and friends who want to be close on their vacation but yet have their own privacy.
The location is in the heart of Cannes on a small pedestrian street in the chic restaurant and shopping area of central Cannes. Located 5 minutes' walk from the beach and the Palais des Festivals, our apartments are ideal for those visiting Cannes to attending conferences including MIPIM, Cannes Film Festival, MIPTV, LIONS, MIPCOM, Tax Free, MAPIC, MIDEM, Boat Show, etc.
There are restaurants, coffee shops. bars and shops (from supermarket to famous designer shops) close by, so there is no need to have a car while staying at our apartments as we are in the centre of the town. We are also less than 2 minutes' walk from the train and bus station (including the coach to Nice airport).
Our apartments can be rented together or separately. We enjoy staying with family and friends where we each have our own apartment and privacy and yet we are only a few steps away from each other - very unique!

We first fell in love with Cannes in 2008 and have even renewed our views there to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. Holidaying in the South of France was a natural choice as we wanted somewhere we could get to easily and quickly, with a great location, in a traditional apartment building close to all the restaurants and amenities there are to offer and with a guarantee of warm weather. We always look forward to our next trip to Cannes and always feel that our apartments give the feel of being 'home away from home'.
