Amongst ancient olive trees nestled on a wooded hillside, this spectacular country home is blessed with truly picturesque views encompassing the surrounding open countryside, the impressive Pollenca bay and the distant Cap de Formentor peninsula.
Villa Francesca has been lovingly constructed by the local owners with the greatest attention to detail. Outside there is a magnificent floodlit 12m crystal blue swimming pool with twin corner steps and huge, well-furnished sun terraces.
The well-maintained gardens have a good-sized lawned area with an abundance of flowering colourful shrubs, scented herbs and multi-coloured Mediterranean freesias in traditional terracotta pots. Many natural stone garden features and steeped garden terraces are decked with red geraniums and flowing verbena plus a charming lily and fish pond naturally filled with fresh mountain spring water, and a pergola with terracotta tiled BBQ with dining and relaxed seating area, ideal for chilled summer drinks.
