New build Apartment Harmony is only 4min walk (300meters) away from the first beautiful beach and clear sea. Apt offers you 16 m2 terrace with little seaview from terrace, 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms. Quiet neighborhood but only 100m away from coffe bars, restaurants, grocery stores. Kastel Stari is perfect place to have a relaxing holiday but only 15 min drive from the charming UNESCO town Trogir & 20 min drive from Split. Kastela has 7km coastal line for exploring all 6 Kastela towns & beaches
This is the first season for our new build Apartment Sunlight to be rented out. Apt is only 4min walk (300meters) away from the first beautiful beach and clear sea. The walk from the apartment to the beach is through a quiet street (photo on the advert) and across the road. The first beach offers you clear sea, stone, tamaris trees and pine trees areas. There are some sun loungers on the beach and sun umbrellas you can rent. There are many activities such as diving, snorkeling, water sports etc.
Our apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood. You don't need a car to get around as all you need is in the walking distance. You can enjoy a coffee, meal or a drink in so many beautiful caffe/bars, restaurants only 100 meters away or by the beach . From the first beach you can walk and explore more then 7km of coastal line which has numorous of sea bays, beaches, caffe bars, restaurants etc. Kastela have in total 6 Kastela towns which you can explore walking by the coastal line. Our apartment is a perfect place to stay and enjoy a stress free atmosphere. Kastel Stari is beautiful place from where you can explore so many other town and villages. Only 15min of driving you can explore a beautiful UNESCO town Trogir. Split cityis only 20 min drive away. Primosten town, Rogoznica, Sibenik and Krka Waterfalls are other places you must see during your stay. Apartment Sunlight consists of a large terrace 16m2, open plan kitchen/dining/living area, 2 bedrooms and 1,5 bathrooms. Sleeping is in 2 bedrooms and on sofa bed in the living room. You can enjoy dining at the terrace which has beautiful views of olive trees and some seaview. There are 2 bedrooms in total. The two bedrooms have 2 single beds and 1 bedroom has a double bed. The two single beds can be combined to a large king size bed. The 1,5 bathrooms are fully equipped. We have 2 secure private parking in the front of the building. You can enjoy a beautiful sunset from our terrace.
