Posición ideal; A 10-15 minutos en coche del aeropuerto, centro de la ciudad de Split (puerto de ferry, estación de autobuses y ferrocarril) y Trogir, autopista. Parque Nacional Krka - 40 minutos ... Zona muy tranquila rodeada de bosques. Balcón muy grande de 40 m2.
Te encantará mi lugar debido a la vista única del balcón, el vecindario, la luz, la cama cómoda, la cocina y la comodidad. Mi lugar es bueno para parejas, aventureros en solitario, viajeros de negocios, familias (con niños).
La planta baja tiene unos 80 m² y consta de las siguientes habitaciones: una sala de estar con TV de pantalla plana y un sofá cama doble. También hay un 2 dormitorios al lado, que incluye una cama doble. Además, hay una cocina totalmente equipada con horno, microondas, cafetera y zona de comedor, así como un baño contiguo con ducha. La casa tiene 2 balcones para disfrutar de la vista cuando bebe café o vid en el sol. Puedes usar la parrilla fuera de casa ...

Nice place with a great view.

Really happy with our stay. Very friendly and welcoming hosts who provided everything we needed for a holiday. Very peaceful area with easy access to public transport. Good air-con, which we needed during the heatwave. Comfortable beds, including the sofa bed.

Excellent appartment, good location and very kind hosts

We spent 10 days here with our three children. The house was very clean and had all the practical needs (airco, washing machine, dishwasher, wifi, ..). The host Niksa was very caring and made sure all went fine. We even got a self made cake upon and self made wine by his parents who were also extremely friendly people. The terrace has a nice view over Split. There is a small beach nearby (Beach Kamp) and the most interesting locations in Croatia are not that far away (Split, Krka National Park, Klis fortress for the game of Throne fans ;), Cetina river where you can book rafting, ...). From Split you can take the ferry to Hvar or Dubrovnik or book an Island tour. Thanks Niksa for making this a wonderful experience!

Very lovely house and hosts with a beautiful view over Split and the entire bay

We had a wonderful time in the holiday home of Niksa and his family. The great view from the very large balcony terrace stretches from Split across the entire bay. The house is exactly as in the pictures and everything is in very good condition. The centre of Split and the old town of Trogir are only 15-20 minutes away by car or public transport. We can also recommend the beautiful beaches of Primorsen, these are only about 50 minutes drive away. If we ever needed anything (whether tips for the most beautiful beaches in the area or a new shower head), Niksa was always available and helped quickly. There was house wine in the fridge and his adorable parents even brought us homemade baked goods. Yet we always had our own private sphere and didn't hear much from others. We can only recommend this holiday appartment! 12/10

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir haben in der Ferienunterkunft zwei wunderschöne Wochen verlebt. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter und seinen Eltern war außerordentlich nett. Wir wurden u.a. mit Obst, Kuchen, Wein und noch anderem versorgt. Die Wohnung ist komplett eingerichtet. Das Einzigste was fehlte, war das warme Wasser in der Küche. Alles andere war bestens. Wir können diese Unterkunft zu 100% weiter empfehlen. Niksa, alle Gute für dich und deine Familie, bleibt so wie ihr seid!

Einfach perfekt

Der Aufenthalt bei Nikṣ̌a und seinen Eltern war total schön. Wir wurden ganz lieb empfangen. Nikṣ̌as Eltern sprechen kein Englisch oder Deutsch, aber mit Händen und Füßen hat alles super geklappt. Wir wurden umsorgt und es gab immer ein offenes Ohr und nettes Lächeln. Rundum perfekt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall noch einmal wieder. Sehr empfehlenswert und hat mehr als 5 Sterne verdient

Vue sur Split exceptionnellle

A notre arrivée, un bel accueil de notre hôte qui s'est poursuivi tout au long de notre séjour, le top. La location est facile d'accès en voiture, sortie d'une grand nationale, il est situé entre Split et Trogir, à Kastel. L'appartement est pratique pour une famille de 4, ou un groupe d'amis, avec un grand balcon et une grande pièce dont lesquels il est facile de festoyer. Le balcon offre une vue sur la ville de Split exceptionnelle, tout au long de la journée l'impression de voir des des tableaux d'une ville portuaire, très apaisants dont on s'habitue rapidement, et qui rend le départ nostalgique.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit wunderbarem Balkon, sehr nette Gastgeber

Die Ferienwohnung ist bestens für einen erholsamen Familienurlaub geeignet. Der Gastgeber und seine Familie sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie gaben uns stets das Gefühl willkommen zu sein und taten alles, um uns einen wunderbaren Urlaub zu ermöglichen. Die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut, alle benötigten Utensilien und Geräte sind vorhanden. Der Ausblich vom großen Balkon ist wunderbar. Schöne, familienfreundliche Strände sind in 10 Minuten Autofahrt erreichbar.

Das Haus hat alles, was man zum entspannten Urlaub braucht. Sehr sauber und ordentlich, ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Auf der Terrasse kann man sich super entspannen. Schöne Aussicht mit Meerblick und Sicht auf Split. Die Besitzer sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Immer gerne wieder.

Wunderschön

Als wir die ganzen Bewertungen gelesen haben, war unser Gedanke "Wäre schön, wenn dies zutreffen würde". Man muss sagen, alles wurde sogar übertroffen. Schon bei der Ankunft (2 Stunden zu früh) wurden wir herzlichst begrüßt. Ein Bild im Flur zeigt die Bewertung der Unterkunft mit 9,9 Punkten von 10 an. Wir haben uns gefragt - warum? Das ist auf jeden Fall 10 Punkte wert. Die Unterkunft ist kommplet eingerichtet, inklusive Duschgel, Geschirr, Waschpulver, Waschautomat, Geschirrspüler - alles wie zu Hause. Es fehlte an nichts. Leicht abgelegen und dennoch per Fuß erreichbar ist das Meer mit der Starndpromenate, Geschäften und Restaurants. Nikša hatte auch gleich sämtliche Ziele per Whats App mit Google-Wegbeschreibung geschickt. Übrigens fand Google die Unterkunft sofort. Von der Unterkunft aus erreicht man viele Ausflugsziele. Den Hafen und die Innenstadt von Split, Omis und, und, und... Lohnenswert ist auf jeden Fall der Balkon. Man sieht von dort direkt auf Split und das Meer. Das Haus wurde auch liebevoll saniert. Vergessen dürfen wir auch nicht die Eltern von Nikša. Die wohnen im untersten Stockwerk. Liebevoll klingelten sie abends an der Tür und brachten uns selbst gebackene Windbeutel, 1 Flasch Rot- und Weiswein. Ohne Worte stellten Sie uns den Grill inklusive Holzkohle hin. Immer ein freundliches Wort. Wir haben uns zwar nicht verständigen können (wir sprechen kein kroatisch), aber Hände, Gestik und Beine waren super Übersetzter. Danke für den wunderschönen Urlaub. Bessere Vermieter kann man sich nicht wünschen. Liebe Grüße aus Deutschland. Wir werden Euch vermissen - auch die liebevolle Katze, die wie ein Spion mit langem Hals uns beim Grillen beobachtete.

Sehr schönes Haus!

Das Haus war ein bisschen schwierig zu finden, aber ein Anruf beim Vermieter genügte, sodass dessen Vater uns zum Haus führte. Das Haus ist liebevoll, praktisch und gemütlich ausgestattet, es fehlte wirklich nichts! Der Blick von der großen Terrasse ist so schön wie auf den Bildern in der Anzeige. Die Eltern des Vermieters wohnen in der unteren Wohnung und sind bei Fragen jederzeit ansprechbar. Sie verwöhnten uns auch mit köstlichem selbst gebackenem Kuchen! Die Lage ist ruhig und schöne Strände mit dem Auto leicht erreichbar, ebenso jede Menge Restaurants und Geschäfte. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen wieder!

Super Empfang, sehr unkompliziert. Sehr nette Gastgeber. Die Wohnung ist mit allem was man braucht ausgestatet (Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Toilettenpapier, Küchenpapier (Zewa), alles was man an Geschirr braucht ist vorhanden, Spülmaschine mit Tabs, Waschmaschine mit Waschmittel. In der Küche gibts Gewürze, Öl, Essig, Zucker, Salz etc.). Microwelle, Herd, Toaster und Klimaanlage sind vorhanden. Viele Unterkünfte haben einige versteckte Kosten für Wlan, Klima etc., hier nicht. Keine Zusatzkosten. De ganze Wohnung ist mit vielen schönen Pflanzen ausgestatet. Wie haben diese gegossen, da es sehr warm war. Die Terrasse ist sehr groß. Der Blick aufs Meer ist sehr schön. Alles sieht wie auf den Bildern aus. Ruhige Lage, ca.15-20 min nach Split. Zum Strand am besten mit dem Auto, dauert ca.5-6 min mit dem Auto. Genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt in der nähe, 2-3 min mit dem Auto. Check aus ebenfalls unkompliziert.  Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Es ist keine Luxusvilla aber aufgrund der oben gennanten Punkte, hat die Unterkunft 5 Sterne verdient. Preis-Leistung passt definitiv. Great reception, very uncomplicated. Very nice hosts. The apartment is equipped with everything you need (bed linen, towels, toilet paper, kitchen paper (Zewa), everything you need on dishes is available, dishwasher with tabs, washing machine with detergent.) In the kitchen there are spices, oil, vinegar, sugar, Salt etc.). Microwave, stove, toaster and air conditioning are available. Many accommodations have some hidden costs for Wi-Fi, air conditioning etc., not here. No additional costs. The whole apartment is equipped with many beautiful plants. We did they pour, because it was very warm. The terrace is very big. The sea view is very nice. Everything looks like the pictures. Quiet location, about 15-20 minutes to Split. To the beach best by car, takes about 5-6 minutes by car. Enough shopping nearby, 2-3 minutes by car. Check out also uncomplicated. We had a great stay. It is not a luxury villa but due to the above points, the accommodation has earned 5 stars. Value for money definitely fits.

New renovate 2022.! Ideal position; 10- 15 minutes by car from Airport, center of city Split ( ferry port, bus and railway station) and Trogir, highway. National Park Krka - 40 minutes... Very quiet location surrounded by woods. Very big balcony 40 m2.
You’ll love my place because of the unique balcony view, neighborhood, the light, the comfy bed, the kitchen, and the coziness. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids).
The ground floor is about 80 m² in size and comprises of the following rooms: A living room with a flatscreen smart TV and a double sofa bed. There is also a 2 bedrooms next to it, which includes a double bed. Plus there is a fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, coffee machine and a dining area, as well as an adjoining bathroom with a shower. House have 2 balcony for enjoy view when You drinking coffee or vine on sun. You can use grill out of house...
