The Villa
Walking in from the front door you will find the kitchen with all the necessary equipment including automatic coffee machine, air fryer, dishwasher etc. Master with en-suite, guest toilet and living room with a terrace overlooking the community and the pool area. A bright stairway brings you to the 2nd floor where you have 2 king bedrooms sharing a bathroom and another king bedroom with en-suite and access to the sun terrace with sun loungers. On the ground floor there is a play room with a ping-pong table, access to the garden and to the pool area.
Community is safe, gated and well maintained. Parking is free inside the community areas and outside. Roughly 6 -7-minute drive to the closest beach, 4 minutes to the closest supermarket. Miraflores golf course is walking distance away. Miraflores Tennis and Riviera 11 tennis courts are 5-minute drive from the villa. Location is good, as it is at the same distance as Malaga and Marbella, both beautiful places to visit.
