Villa de lujo con dos habitaciones dobles, dos habitaciones dobles con capacidad para ocho personas en la pintoresca urbanización cerrada de Los Nebrales, en las afueras de Coin, rodeada de hermosos jardines bien cuidados con cascadas y vida salvaje. A 10 minutos en coche de Mijas Pueblo, a 20 minutos en coche de las hermosas playas de arena de Cala de Mijas, Fuengirola y Marbella. Dos minutos en coche de bares y restaurantes. Cinco minutos en coche del encantador Alhaurin Golf Resort y 15 minutos en coche de los campos de golf La Cala, Santana y Lauro. La propiedad está amueblada con un alto estándar como un verdadero hogar lejos del hogar, con una cocina totalmente equipada y bien equipada que se abre a un patio muy grande con tumbonas, mesas y sillas para cenar al aire libre. Un paraguas móvil grande ofrece sombra si es necesario y una hamaca enmarcada con dosel se puede mover para relajarse al sol o la sombra. Hay una gran barbacoa de gas en el patio y una mesa de ping-pong al aire libre, tablero de dardos y varios juegos familiares junto con una gran caja de juguetes de playa para niños que se pueden usar.

Cuatro habitaciones confortables de buen tamaño con dormitorio principal con cama king size, baño en suite con jacuzzi y vestidor. Hay otros dos baños, uno en la planta baja y otro en el primer piso. Para mayor privacidad y seguridad y para garantizar una buena noche de sueño, hay persianas instaladas. Las terrazas en el primer piso proporcionan un lugar tranquilo para relajarse con un libro y una copa de vino, mientras que el gran patio es un lugar ideal para que la familia se reúna.
Hay tres grandes supermercados a 10 minutos en Coin, incluidos Aldi y Lidl. Un gran centro comercial en Mijas está a solo 20 minutos. La Villa está situada en una zona de excepcional belleza natural, a pocos pasos de las hermosas cascadas de Barranco Blanco y con fácil acceso a El Chorro, donde las águilas vuelan por encima de la roca. La Villa ofrece una base excelente, central para la vida de la ciudad de Málaga, la Opulencia y la vida nocturna de Puerto Banús y las hermosas playas a lo largo de la costa.
Este es nuestro pedazo de tranquilidad, una verdadera casa familiar donde nos encanta estar y esperamos que tú también sientas esto.

We really enjoyed the house and pool as well as exploring the local area. Maite was very friendly and we were grateful for the few supplies on arrival! We shopped in Alhaurín and Mijas which were 15-20 minutes by car. The beds were firm and the downstairs room not as comfortable but the outside space was great!

Amazing

We had a fabulous stay in this beautiful villa. The outside space is fantastic and where we spent most of our time. The villa has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We hired a car and saw so much of the local area and travelled to some beautiful cities too.Can’t say enough about this holiday, we will definitely return!

Amazingly peaceful and relaxing

Gated community so we felt very safe, villa was amazing, clean, spacious had everything we needed. Pool was spotless. Perfect place to just relax and recharge. Hosts were brilliant answering every query and letting us check in early and check out very late due to our flights. Would highly recommend this villa and would definitely stay again.

Excellent holiday

Lovely clean villa. Really enjoyed our stay with our two grandchildren. They loved the private pool and also the communal pool. A car is essential as no shops within walking distance which didn’t bother us at all. Loads of games indoor and out door and we had a fab time. Maite who met us was so lovely and showed us round the house and advised if we needed anything to get in touch with her. Everything was good so we did not have to. We visited barranca blanco and would highly recommend it was so beautiful and swimming in the pools was great but is very rocky so be prepared. Overall I would recommend this villa for a Fantastic holiday

Great villa

We had a great holiday in this villa. The kitchen is well equipped, the bedrooms are spacious and comfortable and the pool is lovely. It is in an urbanisation and you do need a car to get anywhere. There are some amazing places to visit nearby such as Ronda, Mijas and Antiquera.

Lovely home

We had a lovely stay. Excellent communication even before we left England. Maite met us at the gates to the complex and showed us where the house was and gave us a tour in the house explaining everything. Everything you could possibly need was in the house. Lovely spacious house and excellent seating area outside and a lovely pool. Would definitely recommend this house and we hope to do a return visit in the future

We arrived earlier than expected but this wasn’t an issue, we were able to leave our luggage off at the villa & arranged to meet the building manager for the keys. Villa was spotless & very well maintained. Would definitely return.

Very nice property a little far away from towns if you go out in the evening. Public transport virtually none existent. Taxis 25 euro each way into Mijas Pueblo which is very nice. Nearest beach 20-25 minutes away.not a problem for us aswe very rarely use them.

Our stay was fantastic! There were seven of us spending a week at Alison's villa, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We were also allowed to check in early, which was very convenient and turned the arrival day into another lovely vacation day. The pool was great and spacious, and the house was very well equipped! Table tennis paddles and balls were also provided for the ping pong table.The house is fully air-conditioned, although the system is centrally controlled. This means the upper floor is regulated from the master bedroom, and the lower floor (with another bedroom) from the living room. That might be good to know if you're a group with very different temperature preferences.The location of the villa is great for day trips! It takes about half an hour to get to Málaga, Marbella, or various beaches, and about ten minutes to supermarkets like Mercadona, Aldi, or Lidl. However, it’s not doable without a car. Also, there are no walking paths or similar options nearby, so you are dependent on having a car – which didn’t bother us!Overall, a really wonderful holiday! Thank you so much!

A great base to explore the region

We really liked this villa and would definitely stay here again. The community feels very safe and is very well looked after. I would say you definitely need a car if staying here because it is fairly remote but with a car you can be in Coin within 10 minutes and Malaga or the other coastal resorts are about 30 minutes away. Coin is a very well stocked town, all the major supermarkets are there as well as fuel stations, restaurants, etc. Check-in was a breeze, communication beforehand with Alison and Martin was excellent and their property manager Maite and her husband Jose went above and beyond when we needed them following my father-in-laws slip in the bathroom that resulted in a broken hip and a five night stay in hospital in Malaga. A plumber promptly arrived the next day to fix the leaking sink trap.The pool maintenance guys and gardeners were very thorough too, keeping the property very well manicured. Some other reviews have mentioned being overlooked. Whilst strictly speaking this is true, we didn’t notice anybody hanging out of upper floor windows of the adjacent property and there’s screening between the properties at ground level, so the garden still felt private. If you use what3words, this reference (///gutless.chime.nappies) will get you all the way to the front door, although the first time you go, you will need to wait at the security gates for Maite to give you the villa keys and a remote button to open the security gates.5*

Lovely villa in quiet location but great access links

A beautiful villa on a lovely private gated community. A well equipped villa that was comfortable for 6 of us and could accommodate a further 2. A car is necessary as needed for trips out and shopping etc. Aldi, Lidl and Supermarkets only 10 mins away. Big pool and patio area that we all enjoyed and a big gas bbq for al fresco cooking. The villa has all home from home comforts and made even better by thoughtful touches of a welcome bottle of wine and games/activities for the family. We loved the pool and the table tennis, and a new found hobby of darts! Thank you to Alison and Martin for great communications when we had any questions. I really appreciated the swift replies. We all had a great holiday from teenagers up to Grandparents, we would highly recommend this villa. Many thanks

1st family holiday

We picked this villa due to the close nature of a family wedding at corjito Rosa blanca. The villa itself was amazing and alison was a fantastic help on the run up to our holiday. The only downside was the availability of Uber/bolt. For every one Uber we got 5 or 6 would cancel, one kind Uber driver took the time to explain that Uber don't actually operate in the area. This meant we had to pay well over the odds to get a taxi to take us to the wedding venue and they insisted on booking in a pick up time rather just calling/messaging them as and when we would liked picked up. Would highly recommend hiring a car so that you can explore the area as we did pass many beautiful places that we would've loved to visit. It ended up being a relaxing holiday rather than an adventurous one but we had a good time none the less.

Lovely place, comfortable villa and great location

We spent a great week in this comfortable house. It is very spacious and well-equipped. The terrace is comfortable, with plenty of chairs and sunbeds. It is overlooked by the neighbour’s terrace and second floor but they are very discreet and we did not see them once. The heated pool, the ‘pool table’ and ping pong table were very welcome for our teenage boys. The house was spotlessly clean when we arrived. It is also very well situated, close to the coast (excellent roads to Mijas and Marbella) as well as to the beautiful Sierra de las Nieves mountain range. The only suggestions we would have: 1. to provide instructions on how to start the central heating, as the house was a bit cold in the evening and we could not get the system started 2. we would gladly pay a bit extra to have kitchen linen, detergent, dish washer tablets available. All in all we spent a great week in a comfortable house in a beautifull part of Spain.

Wonderful stay

We loved our stay at this property. We got a personal welcome on arrival, which was great. The property was very thoroughly cleaned and the condition of the furniture was very good. All the appliances worked in the house. I thought the inside of the house was bigger than it looked on the photo's. The owners and property manager were very helpful both before and throughout our stay. This estate is very secure with gates for entry and exit. Our favourite part of the house was the options for outside, Sunbeds, dining table and chairs, outside sofa's, hammock & gas bbq. There is also an excellent terrace out the front on the first floor. The pool heater worked perfectly, getting the pool as warm as you could possibly want it to be with the help of the cover. Even when the temperature at night went down to 7 deg C the pool was still up to 30 deg in the afternoon. There is also a small unheated communal pool you can use. Other than that there aren't many things to walk to (no shops, cafes or bars) and pedestrian access to the little road at the bottom seemed to be blocked off. The only issue with this property is that there is another property to the left that directly over looks the garden (not shown in the photos). We didn't have any issues with the residents of this property apart from a bit of DIY noise. Overall I would definitely stay at this property again. Many thanks.

A lovely villa on a very pleasant urbanisation

A lovely villa in a beautiful setting, very well equipped and spotlessly clean. Maite was very helpful and came out immediately with gas after it ran out and we had no hot water. She also changed the bedding and towels during our fortnight's stay, though not sure this would have been done had we not enquired about it. We were a little surprised to find that the downstairs bedroom appeared to have previously been a utility room .There is a tiled wall, a sink, access to the garage and cupboards housing the washing machine and boiler. Unfortunately, family members sleeping here were disturbed several times during our stay by the fan on the boiler switching on and off during the night. As an occasional bedroom that's fine, but we would have appreciated this being mentioned in the villa description so that we could have made an informed decision whether it suited our needs. All in all though, a great place and many thanks for the welcome wine and fizz!

Excellent property.

Where to begin??? Prior to our eventual arrival we had actually booked this property for August 2020, but had to cancel due to the covid travel restrictions. Owners Allison and Martin were excellent in their communications and fully understood our problem. We rebooked for 2021 and finally had to take a bit of a chance and just go. Thankfully Spain stayed on the Amber list so no big problems. On our final arrival the property was spotless. Property manager Maite met us and showed us around etc. The villa is spacious, well furnished and the AC worked excellently; thank goodness because we had temps up-to 44C in the shade on some days!!! Pool and bath towels were supplied together with a full set of clean bed linen. Beds very comfortable. Some English programs on the TV. Kitchen well equipped with everything one could want. The pool was superb. Water remained clean throughout our 4 week stay and the pool guy cleaned it fully every week. The patio furniture was more than sufficient for us all with plenty of soft covers and cushions, and the outdoor games were very well used, especially the Home Pool table. That was a great hit with our 15 year old grandson. All in this rates among the best villas that we have rented over the last 15 years. Our thanks to Allison, Martin, Maite and husband Jose

Buena zona y precioso alojamiento

La casa está en una bonita urbanización, cerca del pueblo de Coín 4 minutos en coche. Limpia,bonita y totalmente equipada, el tiempo no nos acompañó y no pudimos disfrutar del la terraza exterior, piscina, barbacoa etc…una pena.

Semana de Julio

Casa muy bonita y con todas las comodidades para disfrutar de unas vacaciones perfectas, cerca de lugares de interés y urbanización muy tranquila. Los únicos inconvenientes que hemos tenido ha sido una avería en el wifi que hemos estado toda la semana sin él, hasta los dos últimos días. El tostador de la casa no funciona, cosa que no nos a molestado ya que utilizábamos el horno para tostar el desayuno. Y que por causa ajena a Maite, que ha sido muy atenta durante la estancia, el encargado de limpiar la piscina no realizó su trabajo y tuvimos que avisarla para que lo supiera y así se resolvió. Gracias por todo, hemos pasado unas vacaciones muy buenas. 😁

Villa en "Los Nebrales"

Hace una semana que nos hemos alojado en esta casa y nos ha quedado un grato recuerdo. La villa está en perfectas condiciones, preciosa, limpia, un lugar muy tranquilo para desconectar, cerca de todos los servicios en Coín. El trato de José Luis ha sido excelente, siempre muy atento. Sin duda la villa es de 10. Nos alegramos y mucho de haberla elegido. Gracias.
