Villa Chloe - Amazing view Villa with swimming pool

Villa Chloe is a charming and spacious Villa on top of a small hill near Ano Stallos Village, offering a spectacular panorama of the entire Chania golf as well as the Cretan mountains. The house and garden are set in two levels. On the upper level, you will find three double bedrooms, a kitchen and the living room with an impressing sea view, as well as two bathrooms. Right outside is the large terrace with a large swimming pool and fully functional barbecue.
On the lower level, separate quarters, with a large bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom and small office with two working stations, offer a more quite alternative apart from the pool’s noise, in order to have a summer siesta, enjoy the view or even work.
On both levels, you will find several sheds and corners ready to offer a cool and relaxing moment during all times of the day or night. The position, construction and design of the house itself, guarantees a perfect microclimate ideally ballancing between the Cretan sun above, the green hills all around and the blue sea below. Even during the hottest summer days, you will find shady places to enjoy the view and the cooling breeze.
The distance to Stalos village, with its few restaurants of impressive quality, is the nearest alternative. Further downhill, 4 km from the house, you reach the sandy beach of Stalos and to its left and right the whole famous shoreline of Chania bay with world class beaches and numerous activities, restaurants, cafes and beach bars for every taste.




Swimming pool safety rules

• The use of the pool by people who have consumed food, alcoholic beverages or drugs is forbidden
• Children should always be supervised by an adult while swimming and that adult must be sober.
•The use of the pool is forbidden for people who do not know how to swim
• If a child does not know how to swim well, they should stay in the recommended safe depths of the pool under adult supervision while wearing a life jacket.
• Children should always swim under supervision, never alone.
• Before entering, always check the depth and layout of the pool.
• The pool's operating hours are from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
• In case of swimming at night there must be sufficient light in and around the pool
• Inflatable flotation devices such as life jackets and rafts should not be used as a substitute for constant adult supervision.
• Parents should not let children use other types of toys such as "mermaid tails" or "fins" in the pool, because such toys can make swimming difficult and lead to drowning.
• Toys should be removed from the pool when children have finished playing so that there is no attempt to retrieve them without adult supervision
• Children should not dive in, push or chase each other around the pool.
• In case of bad weather conditions, especially if there is lightning, those inside the pool should get out.
• Seconds count in a water emergency, so keep your cell phone with you when you supervise the kids while swimming
